Housing Typology StudyCity Architects, along with all other municipal departments and units, is represented in thePublic Sector Housing panel which reviews all housing development applications made in termsof the Less Formal Township Establishment, and the KwaZulu-Natal Planning and DevelopmentActs. The panel exists to ensure improved quality in new developments and to work towardsmore sustainable built environments, key aspects of which are denser settlement planning inproximity to employment opportunities and transit routes.
