“It made perfect sense to offer clients the ability to work with our cohesive team of professionals, designing an exquisite yet comfortable place to live, work and play.

Our clients prefer working with a focused team rather than having to deal with several different companies. This way we can provide our clients the expertise of design from planning to completion”.

Residential Communities

Communities are a staple of urban and sub-urban residential

living. Home designs that balance privacy with efficiency are

key, with an emphasis on community living and a strong sense

of character. Amenities define the town, help to establish a

community center, and provide much-needed on-site services

that allow for more walking and interacting and less driving.1

Ole and Paseo

Ole and Paseo are master planning projects that utilize similar

residential products and clubhouses. The master plans are based

on the concept of a town center, where residents are able to

enjoy local amenities without having to leave the community

by automobile. Paseo is a 200-acre Fort Myers community,

and features over 800 multi-family units, and 141 single family

residences. Ole is a 64-acre plan, developed as part of the Lely

community in Naples, and features 663 total residential units.

Hotels & Hospitality

High-value hotels require a great deal of design coordination

and attention to detail, not unlike the club industry. As temporary

homes for demanding travelers, they are focused on maximum

impact in first impressions, convenience, a wide range of services,

and a relaxing atmosphere.2

The Hotel at Naples Bay Resort

The Hotel at Naples Bay Resort was designed to incorporate the

rich colors and distinct architectural features of Tuscan design.

The main lobby features an intricate mosaic marble floor, hand

forged iron work, and a custom blown glass chandelier in shades

of amber, gold, green, and red. These warm colors, and high

level of intricate detail carry through the facility and into the

hotel units.

Sunset CoveSunset Cove is a seven-story, 36-unit project featuring a pool, spa center, large sun deck,

meeting rooms, internet access, card room, bar and food service, and a dock space. Two

sizes of units are featured in the building.

Mixed-Use Projects

Mixed-use buildings are the bridge between purely commercial

and purely residential uses, and are a staple in well-functioning

urban and town centers. Ground-level retail shops anchor the

building and provide streetlife, while above-ground offices and

homes aid with neighborhood stability and night security.3

837 Fifth Avenue South Building

The building at 837 Fifth Avenue South is a two-story, mixed-use

modern structure containing a restaurant, retail bay, and office

spaces. The client requested a two-story building of limited

scale to fit seamlessly between adjacent three-story and one-

story structures. The restoration of an abandoned pedestrian

way leading from Fifth Avenue to a parallel alley was of utmost

importance. The building’s exterior takes on an Art Deco

influence from nearby homes, but differs in style from its adjoining

neighbors.

Bank of America BuildingThe 796 Fifth Avenue South building is a 70,000 square foot, 14-unit mixed-use building in

the heart of Naples. It’s a primary entry to the downtown retail district and a connector to

a major city park. The project includes an anchor bank tenant, a 200-seat restaurant, café

and other retail spaces, second floor offices, and third floor luxury residences.

Northern Trust BuildingThe 375 Fifth Avenue South

building is a 27,000 square foot,

five-unit mixed-use building in

downtown Naples. The design

features a major commercial

bank, additional first floor retail

space along the street front,

second floor office space and

banquet facilities, and five luxury

residences on the third floor.

Adherence to the Fifth Avenue

Master Plan was significant for the

project’s success in creating a

pleasant pedestrian experience.

Old Naples SeaportThe Old Naples Seaport project is a redevelopment of a blighted neighborhood commercial

shopping center - over two acres of land consisting of retail, a marina, and a waterfront

restaurant. Sixteen high end condominium units replaced non-viable retail space.

Corporate Offices

The pride and joy of any company, a corporate office is much

more than a home away from home. It establishes identity,

makes a statement, and performs to the highest functional

standards for that type of business.4

Kraft Construction Headquarters

The 100,000 square foot Kraft Headquarters building is home to

one of Florida’s premier construction companies. A modern,

clean-lined design was chosen that highlights and contrasts raw

and finished construction materials. The project consists of two

main buildings connected by a second floor bridge, containing

the majority of executive suites, administrative offices, and

estimating offices, and an additional auxiliary structure at the

rear. The buildings flare out to create the illusion of perspective

and scale as one arrives via the main entry boulevard.

Advanced Medical CenterAdvanced Medical Center is a 25,000 square foot award-winning medical office building.

It achieves a signature appearance within South Florida’s architectural vernacular and

effectively defines the building’s geometric volumes. The client envisioned a comfortable

and warm environment for the family practice that would feature the modern motif.

Single Family Residential

Among the most complicated and detail-oriented of project

types is the single family home. It’s an intensely private endeavor

that can span many years of design and construction, but

rewards the client with the ultimate in domestication - a custom

design that’s a direct functional and aesthetic representation of

the client’s needs and wants.5

Rum Row Residence

Located in one of America’s most prestigious neighborhoods, this

enclave offers its residents spectacular views of the gulf and bay.

The firm’s joint mission for this residence was not only to design

a beautiful home, but to create a detailed and harmonious

environment based on the client’s lifestyle and needs.

Gin Lane ResidenceThe client’s main goal was to

create a private courtyard at the

rear of the lot for entertaining.

The house is oriented on a small,

wedge-shaped lot in a way that

maximizes water views. The home

was created to include all owner

required elements and a reflection

of the lifestyle and ambiance of

Naples. The residence became

transparent and open to the

outdoors, allowing indoor and

outdoor activities to flow.

Little Harbor Lane ResidenceThe colonial and vernacular architecture of the Island of Bermuda was the primary influence

on the design of this two-story lake-front home. Since the homeowner is an antiques dealer,

we worked very closely, in order to create a historically-correct feel to the residence.

Commercial Interiors

Interiors for offices, retail, and other specialized commerce can

be as personal as your own home. Companies often have a

specific vision of what they need, or look to designers to come up

with that vision. Staging and branding take on great importance

as the interior is ultimately designed to drive sales.6

Aqua Sales Center

The design for this condo sales center creates an atmosphere

for potential buyers that would be reminiscent of their new

beachfront lifestyle. Clean lines, modern elements, the elegant

use of color and natural features, such as transparent water walls,

combine to create an overall effect that clearly defines Aqua’s

corporate identity.

Premier Properties - EsplanadeThe client challenged the design team with a two-level space and multi-faceted program.

The first floor space boasts a welcoming front entry leading the way to a formal conference

room, operational offices, rental office, small meeting room, and a space for rotating sales

associates. A modern nautical theme was chosen to coordinate with the clients’ logo.

Davis Kiel Art CenterThis is a two-story, award-winning, 2,000 square-foot tenant improvement for a local art

gallery space. The client’s primary goal was to create a space that would highlight the art

held within it. The work involved improvements to a two-story narrow bay, including the

removal of the rear portion of the second floor in order to make room for a new internal stair.
