The test shows that the walls are even lit with daylight. The translucant ceiling is made up of canvas to difuse the light. The wall are painted white to maximise light reflection. The ground covered by red oak wood. The illuminance of the wall is around 150 lux which is within the desired rangeof light levels for art gallery. *(50-150 lux). So artificial lighting is not requite beforenight time. The ground is not evenly lit and seems brighter in the middle as the reflected light is concentrated at that point.

The artificial lighting looks more attractive than the daylighting. The lighting system is orientated to give suitable illuminace for the painting. Pseudo image shows that the walls have about 130 lux of illuminance which is also within the range of lux level for gallery space.
