• Who are we?In modern architecture we can see that stainless steel is used in many different forms. When architectural solutions are required stainless steel webs and ropes are the most suitable architectural building materials, as they are both durable, long-lasting, light and thin-lined. There is almost nothing that cannot be done with stainless steel ropes when connection parts auxil-iary parts and the guidelines are used.

Steel ropes and stainless steel nets provides suitable solutions for all types of architectural usages. Inox- net provides its services and its solutions in many architectural buildings ranging from greenery building, LED system substructure, zoos, helicopter runway safety nets, bridges, viaducts, hotels, shopping centers, mili-tary grounds, ships, boats and stadium projects.

STATIC CALCULATIONS

If necessary, taking into account all static load probabilities, we can also perform structural static calculations for finished products. Our static analysis services are;

- Including verifiable structural static calculations.

PRODUCTION

Once the drawing of the stainless steel web are finished, it is sent to the production department and the production is accordingly and immanently started. Each net area is manufactured according to the installation concept and in addition if the edge immobilization and rope systems are desired they too can be shipped.

Our stainless steel rope material elegantly brings together stability and lightness. Both architects and planners view our stainless steel ropes and nets as products which offer endless design options from simple railing fillings to lightweight and durable net structures as used in our zoo project.

I-NET Stainless Steel Network

Lightweight, durable, solid and transparent. Connection materials used to make the net/ mesh are produced with high quality stainless steel ropes and knitting systems making the net/ mesh durable and flexible construction materials that can carry heavy loads. With the curvature feature of INOX-NET stainless steel mesh systems. The mesh can move in opposite directions allowing it to flex and change to desired geometric form thus, it can be used in large areas without the need for any auxiliary substructures.

The stainless steel net system developed by I-NET to ensure the safety on constructions sites has now also become a part of the architectural design.

The standard diameters of rope used in INOX-NET stainless steel nets are produced as 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm or 4 mm. Producing net/mesh width of 25 to 200mm (or larger) is possible depending on the rope diameter. The material class of INOX-NET is 1.4401.

I-ROPE Stainless Steel Wire Rope Systems

From the most delicate railing fillings to the most durable anchors, with thousands of single pieces and the many different combination of these pieces.Stainless steel rope systems easily bring all kinds of structures and functions required for the construction industry to life. In architecture stainless steel rope systems have more than one advantage. These are;

• Flexibility,

• Durability,

• Long Life.

I-ROPE combines all these features and pro-vides customized solutions for architectural projects.

I-ROPE stainless steel ropes are available in diameters up to 6 mm to 36 mm. All of our products in our INOX-ROPE program are made from acid and corrosion resistant stainless steel. The ropes are made of 1.4401 class stainless steel material. Other components and accessories that make up the system use stainless steel grades 1.4301, 1.4305, 1.4401, 1.4404 and 1.4571.

The areas with I-ROPE;

Railing: INOX-ROPE offers excellent solutions for railings. Since the cables are

suitable for any movement, 3D forms can be obtained as a result of the movement and perfect

results can be obtained with on-site assembly.

Safety Nets: In hazardous areas protection is provided by INOX-ROPE safety nets. The safety net made of stainless steel cables and

fittings provide safety in any form of an accident.

Suspended INOX-ROPE: Stainless steel elements can be applied in various methods such as hanging with vertical load carriers or cross mounting.

Greenery Facade Systems: Plants can grow on the INOX- ROPE stainless steel ropes controlled with mesh. In the artistic green façade applications, precise engineering calculations and product quality has come forefront to maintain the plants to grow on top of the net / mesh.

I-LED MESH - MEDIA FAÇADE

The proven success is the combination of the INOX-NET stainless steel mesh/ mesh system and the modern Media Façade LED light module system. LED light dots that can be controlled individually by combining with specially developed five-wire ribbon cables are attached to INOX-NET stainless steel mesh / mesh connection points with stainless steel clamps.

Thus, on top of the building facades it can provide any size image created in 2D or 3D multimedia presentations.

The processors integrated in each LED light source are ensured to have high quality, dynamic image tran-sitions and color integrity.

The images in the Media Façade, such as light animations and videos areprojected directly to the system via an interface. It allows real time video display and creative light designs to be programmed and presented on the Net System with special software (video mapping). During the day the INOX-LED MESH Media façade is transparent and virtually invisible. The main function of it emerges at night. INOX- LED Media with its facade light module systems, different perceptual dimensions can be achieved by reflecting three-dimensional light and image effects, variable forms and colors, moving images, messages, animations and videos on the interior and exterior faces of the building.
