CORTIZO PVCCORTIZO do constantly more than twenty tests along all the stages of the production process including formulation, profile form and the manufactured window. This ensures the best levels of quality and achieving the following standards:

CLASS A: 3 mm thickness in the main profile walls.

CLASS S: Climatic zones. 7 parts titanium dioxide. Maximum resistance to solar incidence.

CLASS II: Resistance to impact. Maximum strength of the profile.

The qualty of Cortizo final product is based on tests made in national and international laboratories as well as in our own ones by our technical department.

Quality is in each and every of the phases of the production process. From Quality Control Department, daily exhaustive controls are carried out each phase with the target of reaching the highest standards.

The appropriate selection of raw materials and control of all parameters that affect the extrusion technically supported by the ISO 9001 international standard, guarantees the quality of the extruded material.

The meticulous work made for surface treatments has resulted in achieving the most demanding European quality certificates such as QUALICOAT, QUALIDECO and SEA SIDE, for the painting process, and the EWWA-EURAS certificate for the anodizing process. This recognizes and guarantees the best level of quality.
