Computation of the Maximum Allowable PSO, AMBF, ISA, MACA, TGFA,and NUMBER OF STOREYS, Minimum Allowable USA, TOSL, and FLAR
Designation Rights Based from the National Building Code of the Philippines.
PROPOSED PROJECT: Institutional
Total Lot Area (TLA) = 117,204 sq. m
Percentage of Site Occupancy (PSO) = 60% Allowable Maximum Building Footprint (AMBF) AMBF = PSO x TLA
= 0.60 x 117,204 sq. m = 70,322.4 sq. m
Min. Total Open Space within Lot (TOSL)TOSL = 50% x TLA

Max. Allowable Impervious Area (ISA)
ISA = 20% x TLA= 0.20 x 117,204= 23,440.8 sq. m
Min. Allowable Unpaved Area (ISA)
ISA = 20% x TLA= 0.20 x 117,204= 23,440.8 sq. m
Max. Allowable Construction Area (MACA)
MACA = AMBF + ISA= 70,322.4 + 23,440.8= 93,773.2 sq. m

Green Eco Architecture
Radial Urban Design
is the regular arrangement of body partsaround a central axis.
To reduce the environmental impact of building To include measures to reduce energy consumption To reduce water consumption and protecting water qualit Truly sustainable materials require less maintenance

STRUCTURAL CONCEPT:
CANTILEVER- Is a system in which two upright
members, the posts, hold up the beams whichare laid horizontally across their top surfaces.
Two vertical posts on either side of a lintelhold up the beam and everything above theopening. This is a strong support when thestructure is level and gravity pulls down evenlyon the structure.POST AND LINTEL
- is a beam anchored at only one end. The
beam carries the load to the support where it isresisted by moment and shear stress.
BALANCED FORCE
- is a force equally opposed by another force inthe opposite direction, meaning that they cancelout each other so the object does not move,unlike an unbalanced force, where the object willmove because one force over powers the other.

Structural Building for Earthquake
Ground steel beam should be designed and joined together by at leastone foot apart; this should allow an overlap on the line of the building.
Build floors with light materials
Construct walls with light materials
Steel Braced Frame - This is commonly a concrete on steel deckfloor/roof system and is supported by steel beams and columns
Concrete Moment Frame - This building is reinforced concrete framewith reinforced concrete diaphragms
Tie walls, floors, roofs and foundations to a rigid box of steel. This isbased on the fact that earthquake exerts sideways load on buildings
