Revisions requested by STP Department of Development’s Land Use Planner for permitting

Clearing Boundary clarification: For reference use, please find attached Sheet C1.01 which clarifies the limits of clearing along new driveway

work. This was requested by Parish Permit office prior to their landscape office inspection of site in order to flag

trees to remain.

Tree Buffer along entry drive: Refer to attached revised landscape plan for planting reduction in scope along the West side of the existing

entry drive. Landscape department noted that existing forested area may serve as property “buffer” along this

drive.
