I also love showing off my "humble" collection.... ok - not so humble kick arse collection.

I love beautiful pieces...... and I love these watch more than most people I have meet in real

life.... YES - I love material goods more than most people on this planet.

Please ask away...... the haters will hose me down..... the rest might learn something.

Archie!

Is it worth shelling out the extra to raise your patek annual calendar to a perpetual? Or given

last year was a leap year is it better to wait a few years?

What patek perp would you recommend? A current or discontinued model? And is the extra

cost for platinum justified over the more expensive precious metal that is white gold?

Tell us what you think!

Welcome, Archie.

It's traditional here for newbies to show us their collection. I see you've got off to a good start

already, but how about more pics of your other watches?

Post them up in the Watch Talk section, no need to make any 'small-talk' in the posts - just the

pics will do - and it's a courtesy on here to show the post title surrounded by <<<<<< (Watch

name) >>>>>>> so that it's readily identified as having photos inside.

I am fairly sure I am safe to wear my tex whilst washing my hands, in the rain etc, however,

perhaps you can enlighten me. Is it safe to wear your Patek whilst being a total bellend?

Archie,

Please explain why you, some totally unknown dude, think you can teach guys who often

collect watches since ages something about watches.

Further, don't you think that - if you aren't some faker - a little more modesty might be suited?
