Pre Study – Develop full project Scope of Work
Freeze Scope – Project Scope of work to define budget/schedule is frozen, additional work is emergent
Budgeting & Approval - collate estimates and quotes for Scope – AFE approval – Project Sanction
Procure LL Items – Order & Expedite for on time delivery, QA thru manufacturing process and stages
Procure Packages – Develop and issue specifications and instructions for equipment packages
Detail Planning – maintain plan to ensure schedule, update with progress and verified delivery dates
Follow Up – Expedite all equipment and services continually – visual evidence
OOS Period – Execute all scopes not possible during operation (minimise OOS Impact)
Documentation – Gather/collate all project documentation for commissioning close-out phase
Financial close-out – confirm all vendor and service invoices are closed
