MAYPOLE CELEBRATION | Monday, May 1 | 7:15-8:30 pm [CG] Men, women and children: come celebrate mother natures bounty of spring flowers ushering us into summer. Dance around the Maypole and sing! Following the Maypole at sunset we will celebrate with a traditional fire ceremony from India, Agnihotra, that purifies the atmosphere and healing the environment and everyone within 500 square miles. YOGA NIDRA & GONG BATH | Saturdays, May 6, 13 & 20 | 11:15 am-12 pm [CG] Yoga nidra is the yogic sleep. You are led to relax the koshas (sheaths of body), breath and mind to reach anandamaya kosha (bliss sheath) which is our true nature. Yoga nidra induces deep healing at the subconscious level.
