Water is Life ...
With gratitude to “The Almighty” the past year recorded several significant achievements in terms of com-
pany’s profits, capital status, economic growth, etc. Change will not come if we wait for some other person or
some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek. Over the years, we
have seen how our presence has made drastic changes in Water and Waste Water Treatment, Solid Waste Han-
dling, Air Pollution Monitoring & Equipment and Chemical Treatments.
Our unfeigned scientific and engineering approaches towards the concept of water management has
helped to maintain a balance between the global requirements and the needs of the clients and society. This in-
novative practice keeps us in the forefront when treatment and recycling technologies are considered. We have
played a significant role in providing phenomenal solutions in treatment of Water and Waste Water with Zero
Liquid Discharge Technology. This earnest and industrious performance has gained us boundless recognition and
reputation. This neoteric and state-of-the-art techniques has helped us to carve a niche for ourselves in the indus-
try.
“To do more for the world than the world does for you” - our love for nature and concern for sustainable
development made has made us involve more in evolving new techniques in Water and Waste Water Treatment.
We should save nature for the future.

Management Perspective
For years, the leadership is defined as Influence Process. You believe
that whenever you try to influence the thoughts and actions of oth-
ers towards goal accomplishment in either personal or professional
life, you are engaging yourself in Leadership. In recent world, defini-
tion of leadership is the capacity to influence others by unleashing
their power & potential to impact the greater good. With this defini-
tion, just focusing on goal is not enough. The key phrase is “greater
good” --- what is best for all involved.
Leadership should not be done purely on personal gain or goal accomplishment; it should have much higher pur-
pose than that.
It is obvious that profit is legitimate goal to be in business, everyone i.e. stakeholders, top management, customer,
suppliers and community quickly becomes self-serving with the focus on their own agenda and personal enrich-
ment. Employee loyalty and passion often goes out of the window; as the point of work becomes simply to get as
much as you can for as little efforts as possible. Leaders can be successful in the short-term if they emphasize only
on goal accomplishment. Leaders don’t always take moral and job satisfaction into consideration & only results
count. They forget what the point is. In business, this kind of leadership, it is short leap to thinking that the only
reason to be in business is to make money. There is an either / or added to people and results. Leaders falsely be-
lieve that they can’t focus both at the same time.
When we are leading at higher levels, the development of people both customers and employees is of equal im-
portance to performance. As a result, the focus is on the long term results and human satisfaction. Therefore, it is
process of achieving worthwhile results while acting with respect, care, fairness of well-being of all involved. There-
fore, organization mission should be “Unleash the Power & Potential of People and Organizations for greater good”.
Everyone is trained to lead at higher level
Every Organization is led by people leading at higher level
People are motivated to lead at higher level by observing people who lead at higher level
The organization values should be
Ethical – Doing the right thing,
Relationships – Developing mutual trust & respect,
Success – Operating profitable and well run organization
Learning – Always growing, inquiring, and developing
Those who want to lead at higher level NEED to understand what is high performing organization looks like and
what is necessary to create one. In high performing organizations, everyone’s energy is focused not just on one
bottom line but three bottom lines – being the Provider of choice, the Employer of choice and the Investment of
choice. This triple bottom line is the right target and can make difference between mediocrity and greatness. Organ-
ization should realize that their bottom line depends on their Customers, their People, and their Investors.
“Profit is the applause you get for taking care of your customers and creating a motivating environment
for your people”
Leadership Nitin Vaidya - Sr. Vice President, Projects
Provider of Choice:
Competition is fierce as new competitors emerges unexpectedly and customers are more demanding with
more options at their fingertips. They expect to get what they want and when they want. The world has
changed in such way that today buyer and not seller is sitting in driver’s seat. People are realizing that
their organization will go nowhere without loyalty and commitment to their customers.
“If you don’t take care of your Customers, somebody else will”
Employer of Choice:
With highly mobile, competent workers in demand, the employers must find ways to attract and keep
their best people. Today’s employees seek opportunities where they feel like their contributions are val-
ued and rewarded, where they are involved and empowered, can develop Skills, can see advancement
opportunities, and can believe they are making difference. There should be little argument today, if Man-
agers tell that people are most important resource. Some even argue that the Customer should come sec-
ond, because without committed and empowered employees, company can never provide good service.
You can’t treat their people poorly and expect them to treat your customers well.
“People who are treated poorly tend to pass that attitude on to their customers”
Investment of Choice:
Growing requires investment, regardless of whether the company is publicly owned, privately held, gov-
ernment or non-profit organization. All organization requires funding sources, through stock purchase,
loans, grants, or contracts. To be willing to invest, people must believe in organization’s viability and per-
formance over time. They need to have faith in leadership, quality of people, the product and services,
the management practices, and the resilience of the organization. If the financial success is of the organi-
zation is a function of revenue minus expenses, you can become more financially sound by either reduc-
ing cost or increasing revenue. Most of the organization today decide that only way to be financially effec-
tive is to Downsize. There is no doubt that personnel reduction is necessary, yet downsize is energy drain
and by no means the only way to manage costs.
There is a growing realization that another effective way to manage cost is to make all your people your
business partners. When people understand the business realities of how their organization makes and
spends money, they are more apt to roll up their sleeves and help out. These days, many organizations
are responding with open book management that is because they realize the financial benefits that come
from sharing these data.
“If you keep your people well informed and let them use their brains, you will be amazed at how they can
help to manage costs”
High Performing organizations are enterprises that over time, continues to produce outstanding results
with the higher level of human satisfaction and commitment to success.

7 Easy ways to get relief from computer eye strain
Do you spend long hours in front of the computer? If you do, you may be experiencing eye strain on a regular basis. Eye strain is a common problem and is characterized by fatigue, decreased productivity, red eyes and eye twitching. You can get rid of eye strain by making use of any one of these simple tips. 1. Ensure that your workplace has correct lighting Often eye strain occurs as a result of improper lighting. This can be caused by exposure to bright sunlight coming in from the windows and doors or excessively dazzling indoor lights. You can avoid extra lights by keeping blinds or shades closed and by avoiding high-intensity bulbs or fluorescent lights. Alternatively, opting for incandescent or halogen lighting can be beneficial. 2. Minimize glare You can install an anti-glare screen on the monitor of your computer to minimise glare. Keep the windows cov-ered to reduce glare caused by outdoor sources. 3. Modify the display settings of your computer You can modify the display settings of your computer in the following manner to reduce eye strain: • Brightness-Set the brightness of the display to a level, which equals the brightness of your workplace. • Text size and contrast-Modify the text size and contrast according to the comfort level of your eyes. For most people, black text colour on a white background ensures minimum eye strain and maximum convenience. • Colour temperature- The spectrum of visible light, which a colour display usually emits is its colour tempera-ture. Blue light is considered to cause more eye strain. So, you should decrease the colour temperature to mini-mize the amount of blue light emitted by your computer’s display. 4. Try some eye exercises You can practice some easy eye exercises to prevent your eyes from getting tired. Try staring at a distant object for 10-15 seconds and then looking at any nearby object for another 10-15 seconds. Return your gaze to the first object. Repeat 10 times. 5. Opt for some computer eyewear while working Try wearing a pair of computer glasses while working. They ensure that your eyes remain correctly focused on the computer screen, while reducing strain to a minimum. Computer glasses also prove to be very effective in diminishing glare. 6. Take short breaks at regular intervals Apply the 20-20 rule to your work regime. After each 20 minutes of work on the computer, give your eyes a 20 second break by looking away from the screen towards any object located 20 feet away from you. 7. Go for a comprehensive eye exam Make sure that you go for a comprehensive eye exam every year to reduce vision problems caused by comput-ers. This will also help in detecting the root cause behind your problem, so that you can effectively employ cura-
