Requirements: - Higher education (completed or last year’ studies - Excellent knowledge of both oral and written English and Russian - Drafting and interpreting skills - Good organizational skills - Computer literacy (Windows OS, MS Office, Fine Reader, Internet browsers) - Office equipment user Desirable: - Work experience on similar position for at least one year; - Familiarity with UNESCO mandate and programmes; - Creativity, ability to handle stress, responsibility, well-developed skills of constructive business interaction, result and team orientation in a multicultural environment; high degree of integrity and to take initiative. Condition of employment: - Full-time, Monday-Friday; initial three months probation period.
