YMCA /fit, one of UK’s top fitness

professionals shares his tips on

getting safely into shape:

• children < 5years should do 180 min/d

• young people 5-18 years should do 60 min/d

• from 18 years on minimum 150 min/week

When should I exercise?

There’s no right time to exercise- listen to your body..some feel tired in the morning others jump out of their bed and do a 10 k run. Important is never exersice directly after a heavy meal, wait for 2-3 hours. Otherwhise you moght experience

nausea,stomach cramps and general discomfort.

What is aerobic activity?

Aerobic activity is any activity where large muscles move in a rhythmic manner for a continous period of time, like running,power walking,cycling swimming.

Can I eat chocolate eggs for easter?: ....Of course you can..but decent numbers!! Remember floss afterwards better & I am ok with it ;-)

Do you roll eggs?: Well..we crocodiles rather dive for eggs

What is better brushing or flossing?: Both my dear..it’s both that make your smile shine in the lights

Will you go on holidays?: I am going with Verena and one team member in September to Morocco. We are treating children for free there for one week. We would like to fundraise some money for it-therefore please buy our lottery tickets -you can win great prices!! This month al lovely photo for just £3.00 a ticket!!

adults - no children will receive from us any metal fillings or caps as we believe that metals do

not belong into your body as they can corrode. The same for adults. We are very strict with the

metal fillings as soon as we see the margins become short we suggest to replace them.

In fact we have been selected by a Canadian Company as the only practice in Scotland to

look after their employers and to integrate an Amalgam fillings exchange program for them. If
