PTO Info - Get involved! Hello, Woodlawn families!

The end of the school year is rapidly approaching and the calendar is full of all kinds of activities!

THANK YOU to all of the parents that helped with the BOGO Book Fair, Float Away with a Good Book event and

Grandparents' Day! Your involvement is integral to each event's success!

KU's Big Event Day was Saturday, April 16! Student volunteers from KU helped outdoors at Woodlawn, whipping

our various garden and landscaped areas into spring shape! Walk through and enjoy this amazing space!!

Woodlawn's Carnival is Saturday, April 30 from 11am-1pm. We need your help running the various booths;

donating an hour of your time is easy (and much appreciated)! We look forward to seeing you there; Carnival is

always a fun time for all!

Teacher Appreciation Week is May 2-6; PTO will be treating Woodlawn's amazing staff to a variety of goodies

that week. Let's demonstrate our gratitude for the awesome people who give so much to our children on a daily

basis!

We are accepting nominations for PTO officer positions for May's election. All of our office positions (President,

President-Elect, Secretary and Treasurer) are up for grabs; serving as an officer of PTO is a great way to get

involved in your child's school, network with other parents and neighborhood businesses and make a strong im-

pact at Woodlawn! Please email Lindsey for more details!

Thank you so much for your support!
