helpful. I was practicing using the system before having a client
with me and the rep really showed his appreciation for that. In
regards to the product, it is bulky/heavy and can hit the door
frame when closing the door. A lot of people are not comfortable
using it and for these reasons I would not recommend it. It would
be stressful to be in an area w/ poor signal reception and possibly
have my phone not work and have to figure out the card w/ a client.
Also, the training was a lot of time, but very little of it spent
actually practicing. The training could be better if folks got
their apps set up, logged in, and started prrqcticing the system
rather than watching a video and listening to a talk. My 2
