What’s in a name?We each have many titles and many roles in our lives: parent, child, sibling, friend, and, of course, in our Forever businesses, Distributor. The title of Distributor was carefully selected when we created Forever in 1978 and has served us well for over 35 years. There has never been a moment that I am not inspired by your example. You are leaders in our industry and I am incredibly proud to be associated with you. Just as we all have different titles throughout our lives, there are many things that we say about people that join the Forever business. You take no shortcuts. You always show integrity. You are forever grateful.

You are positive. You always seek adventure. You are creative. You are brave. You are passionate. And of course, you are entrepreneurs. This is why you are Forever Business Owners. Being a Forever Business Owner means never taking no for an answer, always finding new ways to be innovative and working hard to achieve your goals. Like all entrepreneurs, you are truly responsible for the success of your own business and your hard work and dedication will drive its growth.

I hope that you are as excited to be a Forever Business Owner as I am. Being a business owner is an incredible privilege – one that some people work their whole lives for, but are never able to achieve. I have always said that owning your own business is less about making a living and more about making a life – choosing your own path and living the way that you deserve.

Use the name Forever Business Owner and wear your pin with pride. Celebrate and share your success with those around you – part of what makes Forever the greatest opportunity in the world is its ability to help other people look and feel better and live in ways that they never dreamed possible. Your success shows your dedication to inspiring those around you. Thank you so much for all that you do and congratulations on your brand new title!

Rex MaughanCEO

Our futureI’m 38 years old and I have been a national account manager for Unilever for 12 years. I was first introduced to Forever by my friend Debbie Nwangwa four years ago, and whilst I didn’t completely dismiss the opportunity, I felt it wasn’t the right time at first for many reasons. Since then, I’ve watched Debbie from the side-lines and last year I did the Clean 9 programme. To cut a long story short, I had amazing results, people were asking me what I had done and I quickly began to realise I could sell the products and build a business alongside my corporate job. I was already beginning to think of my future and how I could subsidise my pension pot. I’m also a single mum to Madison who is eight years old, so I was thinking about her future too.

It took a few weeks after some long chats with Debbie, but eventually I just thought, what have I got to lose? All of a sudden the reasons I had been giving not to do this business became reasons that I should do it – and I’ve never looked back. I got to Supervisor in just four weeks and I’m heading for Assistant Manager in April. It’s crazy; I have team members in Australia and South Africa – and this is all around my 60-hour working week. I still can’t believe what I’ve achieved in such a short space of time, with so little time to spare – and I am helping family and friends to do the same. There are many reasons I joined Forever, but the products

and business support were huge deciding factors, as well as knowing I can take complete control of my future for me and Madison. We both have a real passion for horse riding and Madison has her own horse. I’m hoping that Forever will allow me to earn enough extra money to buy my own horse too one day, so we can continue enjoying this hobby together. I am beyond excited about what the future holds for me and my family. I want to be able to help others around me that have supported me over the years, especially my mum.

Exciting times aheadBob’s Message6

Can you believe that a quarter of the year has gone already? The clocks have changed and summer is on the way. What an amazing start it has been; the UK and Ireland have had a record first quarter, both in sales and people joining the business, and moving through the Marketing Plan. Forever’s most anticipated event is just around the corner; the Global Rally in Singapore. The rally, and the much-coveted Chairman’s Bonus incentive, are the ultimate recognition of your hard work as Forever Business Owners. This epic event gives you the chance to see the true scale of Forever, as nations from across the globe gather together to celebrate in our success.

We will be revealing the destinations for Eagle Managers’ Retreat and Global Rally 2016 on stage, as well as recognising a record number of Forever Business Owners with their Chairman’s Bonus cheques.

We’ll also be launching some exciting new products that we hope will help you to continue to diversify with your business and enable you to reach an even larger customer base. Watch this space for more information on these exciting announcements.

If you didn’t quite qualify for this year’s rally, don’t be disheartened. Next year’s event promises to be just as spectacular, so keep this goal in mind and use it as a means to push your business forward. And don’t forget you can see the cheques that will have been presented in Singapore re-presented at our next Success Expresses. You will be amazed at how much this incentive is changing the lives of those who qualify. Events are something that Forever is particularly good at, and we hope you’ve enjoyed our recent Success Expresses at the NEC. We now have 4,500 of you attending, demonstrating just how much our business is continuing to grow.

Our Dublin Success Days are also attracting record crowds with over 600 FBOs at our recent event at the beautiful Convention Centre in Dublin.

Success Expresses provide you with a great opportunity to demonstrate the potential of Forever to anybody who is sceptical about our business opportunity – what could be more convincing than 4,500 people gathered together under one roof?

One of the testimonials at the Irish Success Day said that Forever gives people hope, which is very true. So many people struggle to see past the challenges that they face today – giving people hope helps them to see that life can be very different in the future. Set some goals, really believe in them and then work consistently every day to achieve them. People all around you are doing just that, so why not you, and why not this year?

A new way of workingHaving worked in corporate marketing for seven years, I was made redundant from my job. I’d been in a management role which came with the company car, the private healthcare and the bonus. I had a few disastrous jobs after that and lost my confidence and belief that I’d find a decent job. Then, when I was six months pregnant with my second child and doing full-time hours at my latest job, I spent a whole day crying and knew that had to change. So I decided to hand in my notice and become self-employed. I’ve now been self-employed as a marketing mentor and trainer for over four years. It’s great and flexible but by no means secure. I found it hard to see further than the next month because I didn’t know where the next contract was coming from – not great when you have a house to run and two little girls to look after. I joined Forever in February 2014 after looking at the business for a few months. I’d heard of Forever and knew it was a network marketing company that sold aloe products, but that was it. I came across a video of my sponsor, Natalie Heeley, and knew I wanted to work with her as she also had a marketing background. We met in a coffee shop just

off the M6 and I filled in my application there and then. I got started quickly, and after a training weekend with Jayne Leach and John Curtis, I got my first promotion to Supervisor eight weeks after starting. It felt great, but I plateaued soon after. I’d been so busy in my freelance work that I felt I didn’t need an extra income and my focus faded. This continued until July 2014 when I took my husband to a Success Express and he too saw what I saw. Emma Cooper’s Soaring Manager testimonial really showed me what I had my hands on, and I set to work. In September 2014 we found out that my husband’s job in haulage was potentially at risk. This was a wakeup

call. We decided that he would help me in my business as he’s a trail and ultra-marathon runner and keen cyclist – he had lots of contacts in those areas and loved the products. In that month I worked my socks off and my team grew and my case credits doubled. In October I got my promotion to Assistant Manager, which felt fantastic, and the momentum in our team was amazing.

Spending time together is so important to us as a family. My husband works very hard and has spent a lot of time working away while my girls have been little. The plan is that he can leave his job this year and do what he loves – his races and challenges. I would like to see the world, so I’m looking forward to Forever allowing us to travel as a family.

Global Leadership Team

Leading from the frontLeadership is an integral part of the Forever experience. Building a network requires the ability to share your knowledge with others and to teach them how to be good leaders in their own right. Forever understands that this is a hugely valuable skill and looks to its top global leaders – FBOs who are making their mark all over the world – to provide guidance and insight in the form of the Global Leadership Team (GLT). We speak to this year’s UK qualifiers to find out a little more about the function of this elite group and the part it plays in company development.

What is the purpose of the GLT? The GLT was created three years ago as a means of bridging the gap between Forever Business Owners and the corporate head office. Because of the way Forever works, we know there are unique challenges faced by FBOs that can only truly be understood by people building a business. We also know that those challenges can differ depending on what part of the world you are in – hence it being the Global Leadership Team. “The Home Office felt they wanted to be more connected to the field,” explains Jayne Leach, a long-standing member of the GLT and a 15,000CC qualifier.

“They created this group of top leaders from around the world that could be the voice of the FBO. It’s a collaborative group where we put forward our ideas and suggestions based on our experiences in the field, and the Home

Office also put across some of their ideas – it’s a big discussion group really.” The GLT gathers once a year at the GLT Summit, just before the Eagle Managers’ Retreat takes place. So what’s discussed at these meetings? “Anything from policy on the marketing model, to incentives,” says Jayne. “The Eagle Manager incentive came out of the GLT, as well as other new enhancements to the Marketing Plan. Also, if there have been any concerns or challenges raised in the field, we talk about how to address those, and if there have been problems in other countries, how to help out,” she adds. So being part of the GLT isn’t just about qualifying – it’s about proactively sharing knowledge and expertise to help the company to develop and improve. “That’s a great responsibility,” says Jayne, “and I think that by being on the GLT, people are reconnected with the importance of what Rex’s vision for the company was and are reminded that we represent him. We personally take it very seriously – we don’t want to let him down. I feel honoured and a huge sense of responsibility.”

The experience The experience for GLT qualifiers is a unique one. Although the summit is an opportunity to recognise those who are at the top of their game, it’s also an important team-building exercise for the leaders. “President, Gregg Maughan, was very keen that we have time together to bond and to brainstorm – to swap ideas,” says Jayne. “They like to get you out of your comfort zone; you don’t usually stay in a five-star hotel, you normally go to a rural location. We’ve even slept in the Grand Canyon in tents! We’ve been out ranching, riding horses, abseiling. It’s normally very full on – an adventure. You’re there to work, but you’re also there to bond, to work as a team and generate team spirit.”

The GLT

“Being part of the GLT isn’t just about qualifying - it’s about proactively sharing knowledge and expertise.”

The GLT

The GLT is comprised of Forever’s top business owners from across the globe – those generating a massive annual volume of 7,500CC or more – bringing the Home Office invaluable insight into the uppermost tier of the business. The qualifications for the GLT are set over four different levels: 7,500CC, 10,000CC, 12,500CC and 15,000CC. This year, there are five FBO qualifiers representing the UK:

Forever | April 2015

Jayne Leach and John Curtis Jayne Leach and John Curtis are long-serving members of the group and have qualified at the coveted 15,000CC level this year. They are looking forward to joining forces with the other UK qualifiers: “We’ve been a lone voice on the GLT for many years so it’s nice to have fresh blood, fresh ideas,” says Jayne. “It’s a place where we can all learn from other leaders, because when you are sitting with the top leaders in the world, you’ve got some very strong minds together and some massive success. It’s an honour and a privilege to be there.”

11Global Leadership Team

Angela Loughran Angela Loughran, new to the GLT, has qualified at 10,000CCs and is excited to rub shoulders with the best of the best. “It feels pretty surreal to be honest,” says Angela. “I always looked up to the GLT as the crème de la crème of Forever – people who I admired and respected from afar. No way did I ever think I would be up there! I am so excited to get up close and personal with the GLT to learn from them, share ideas and experience, but mostly to carry the voice of my team and other FBO’s in the UK to the GLT and to Rex, Gregg and Aidan.”

Natalie Heeley For Natalie Heeley, a first time qualifier at 12,500CCs, the GLT was never a goal because it always seemed out of reach, “So I’m totally delighted to be a part of such an elite group of inspirational people,” she says. “I’m looking forward to exchanging ideas and learning from others, as well as being part of the future vision of Forever.”

Adam May Having previously been on the GLT a few years ago, Adam May is eager to start collaborating with the global leaders again as a 7,500CC qualifier. “It’s nice to make a return and I’m really looking forward to being able to share ideas with other top leaders from all over the world – and also to be able to contribute some ideas from my own team, so that we can all help Forever to grow globally,” he says.

Julianna Woods Julianna Woods, also new to the GLT, has qualified at 7,500CCs and is proud to be part of the huge UK presence within the group this year. “It feels such an honour and privilege to be part of the GLT,” she says, “and I’m very proud to be working alongside some incredible and inspiring people. I’m looking forward to learning from the amazing leaders that make up the GLT and being able to give something back to Forever. I think it’s amazing to have so many of the UK in the group and really shows the power of the teamwork we have here.”

Life by design

Kathy Aldis is the kind of person I like to interview; the sort of person who can chat away with ease, without me having to ask many questions at all. It’s clear that she has a natural talent for the art of conversation, which has no doubt served her well over the years in her career as a network marketer. “I’ve been a natural talker all my life,” she says, “and now I actually get paid to talk!” Kathy and her husband Bryan left their hometown of Newcastle behind seven years ago to pursue their dream of moving to the coast. The couple sat down with a map one day and pinpointed Cornwall as their chosen destination, which is what brought them to their current home, overlooking the harbour in Mevagissey. The move was all part of a larger, long-term plan for the pair to overhaul their entire lifestyle, as Kathy explains, “It wasn’t an overnight

transition; Bryan put in for a transfer with his job and that’s when I actively started looking for a business opportunity. It took me 11-and-a-half months to find Forever and I was really excited about the potential of the business, although I had no idea what it was about! But, we just got stuck in anyway. We’d been in the business for about two or three months when we moved to Cornwall. We did all of the things in one year that people say

you shouldn’t do at once: Bryan changed his job, I left my career to start a business and we moved house to a place where we didn’t know anybody.” Living in a small fishing village has its perks, but when your business is built upon the basis of talking to people, it can also pose a few challenges. “It’s a tiny little coastal fishing village – a tourist spot – and for six months of the year you can hear a pin drop,” says Kathy. “There are no tourists from October until about April time. But the backup of the company and advances in technology have allowed us to build a successful business from a tiny village. When we moved here we only knew one person in the entire county!”

Before they found Forever, Kathy and Bryan were earning a good income between them, but were working shifts and barely had any free time together.

Kathy and Bryan Aldis have transformed their lifestyle from stressful to serene, all thanks to Forever. Carrie Service finds out how they have achieved the perfect work-life balance.

“I feel like a holiday-maker. We have a much more relaxed lifestyle now.”

Things couldn’t be more different for them now as they enjoy their laidback way of life by the sea. “We’ve got our lives back,” says Kathy. “When I open up the blinds each morning, even though we’ve been here all of these years, I still gasp like it’s the first time I’ve seen the view – I feel like

a holiday-maker. We have a much more relaxed lifestyle now. The biggest change has been the time aspect; we’ve started owning our lives. When you work shifts like I used to, you just don’t own your time.” Forever’s business opportunity has also allowed Bryan to tap into skills that he wasn’t even aware he had, like the ability to present to a room full of people, or train individuals how to build their own businesses. “Bryan was never in a position where he had to interact with a lot of people outside of his workplace,” says Kathy. “He always says that if someone had told him he’d be running his own business and doing trainings, he would have said ‘You’re bonkers!’” They are now proud to have a growing team of people, who all work together seamlessly, regardless of their position on the Marketing Plan. “We weren’t the quickest people off the starting blocks, but that was never our agenda – probably because of our age, we wanted to build

something really solid – and when I look at the team now there is nobody who I don’t get on with,” says Kathy. “Our team is a big melting pot of people from all over the place, and there is no hierarchy, just massive support from one another.” Bryan and Kathy are living proof of how Forever offers everybody a platform on which to create the life they want, regardless of their background, skills or current commitments. “We joined the business in a recession and we had no experience,” says Kathy, “but because of the backup and support of the company, we’ve been able to achieve such a lot in a relatively short amount of time.”

“Bryan and Kathy are living proof of how Forever offers everybody a platform on which to create the life they want, regardless of their background, skills or current commitments.”

Our first summer togetherI became involved in Forever after I knew I needed to change something in my life. I am a 27-year-old single mum to three beautiful girls, Mia, Molly and Olivia, and was working 70-80 hours a week as a retail manager, most days getting up before the crack of dawn and not getting home until long after they had gone to bed. I did that for two years because I thought carving a career with a national company would give us what we deserved. It turns out I was just running myself into the ground and was never around for my children, a tough, heart-breaking realisation to make. I met my sponsor, Kathy, after seeing an ad for the business opportunity and jumped straight in with blind faith and desperate hope. Then I did nothing for six weeks. It wasn’t until I went to pick the girls up having had to send them away for the six-week holidays for the second year in a row that my ‘why’ hit me smack in the face. I came home, did as Kathy said, and never looked back. I fit my business into the stolen minutes

and hours of my life. I began carrying out serious, consistent, income-producing activity that paid off because I had focus, determination, and a really strong team around me.

I had planned on ‘sacking the boss’ on May 22, but was actually able to bring it forward three months and instead did it on February 22! My girls took me to the floor when I told them. They get really involved in the business: Mia’s a prolific

networker and has sold a Clean 9 to her teacher and prospected (and then sponsored) her daddy into the business – under the proviso that it will allow him more time to spend with her and her sisters. Molly understands that you have to work hard for five years, and then you have the freedom to do whatever you want (she said she doesn’t want to work until she’s grey), and Olivia takes the Bits n’ Peaches religiously and will talk about it to anyone who will listen. It’s brilliant to have them helping, and they really understand and can see what it is doing for our pretty-cool quality of life by the beach. This summer will be our first one together. I would say to anyone with a time or a money issue like I had: just jump in, find the time like I did, know your ‘why’, and focus on income-producing activity. My dreams have become reality, and now it’s time to set bigger ones because I know that Forever will be the vehicle to get us there.

Forever | April 2015

Incentives are a massive part of what makes Forever’s opportunity so unique. They act as stepping stones in the business, giving you something tangible to work towards as you build your network. And as incentives go, it doesn’t get much bigger or better than the Global Rally. As FBOs from across the globe get ready to attend an awe-inspiring event in Singapore, we take a look at what this much-coveted incentive is all about.

Global Rally

A global experience The Forever opportunity is a global one, and that’s what the Global Rally event represents – it reinforces our presence around the world and reminds people just how far-reaching this business is. If you’ve never attended a rally event before, prepare to be taken aback by the team spirit demonstrated by each of the individual countries in attendance. Qualifying for this incentive will allow you to see the true scale of Forever for the first time as it is unlike any other event you will ever attend.

Only the best Forever is renowned in the world of direct selling for its generosity with incentives, offering unrivalled bonuses and benefits. As our ultimate incentive, the Global Rally is a prime example of this generosity. This year’s rally will be held at the world famous Marina Bay Sands Expo Convention Center in Singapore and qualifiers will stay at its on-site luxury hotel. This opulent venue dominates the Singapore skyline and is famed for its impressive Skypark infinity pool, located 57 storeys above ground level. It boasts numerous lavish restaurants created by top celebrity chefs, including Gordon Ramsay, Mario Batali and Daniel Boulud to name a few. And if you’re in the mood for a spot of retail therapy, head over to one of Marina Bay Sands’ many designer boutiques.

Cashing in On arrival, each qualifying FBO will check into their fully paid-for hotel room and will be given a credit card, preloaded with cash. How much cash? Well that all depends on which level they have qualified at. The higher the level you qualify, the more cash you receive:

If you thought S$4,000 was generous, then think again. The top rally qualifiers will be given an additional lump sum of travel money on arrival at the event: USD$9,500 for the 12.5K group and a whopping USD$20,000 for the 15K qualifiers. And this is all in addition to their Chairman’s Bonus cheques which will also be awarded at the rally. Over $20million in cheques was distributed at the last rally, so that gives you an idea of how life-changing this incentive can be for business owners. The top global cheque last year went to Rolf Kipp at $1,304,166.87, and the second biggest went to the UK’s very own Jayne Leach and John Curtis, and came to $1,009,536.25.

Activities We really like to spoil our rally qualifiers – and this year will be no different. Following breakfast on Wednesday April 22, every qualifier and their guest will be transported from Marina Bay Sands to the beautiful Sentosa Island resort. They will be given a Forever day pass to the island’s theme park, Resorts World Sentosa, and be invited to attend an exclusive Forever beach party and dinner on Siloso Beach that evening.

The rally through your eyes The Global Rally is an amazing experience, but it’s not just about the show-stopping event itself; the incentive also has a massive impact on individuals’ businesses and has a personal relevance to many of you. Beth Mansfield, a Manager with Forever and a young single mother, believes the Global Rally coming to London was a crucial turning point in her journey. Now 25, Beth had her son when she was just 19, and was working in retail management when she joined Forever. She started off well, achieving Assistant

Manager in just 12 weeks, but then stopped working her business completely for a whole year. She eventually tried again, in April 2014, which just so happened to coincide with the rally coming to London. Beth attended as a non-qualifier, taking her son along for the experience – a pivotal moment that would totally change her outlook on the business. “Since then, my business has done a full 360, ending 2014 on 560CCs for the year and then qualifying for the 2015 Global Rally at 1700CCs,” says Beth. “I achieved two frontline Managers, Earned Incentive, 100 Club, Eagle Manager and my first ever Chairman’s Bonus cheque. I know the Global Rally did that. It gave me the emotional connection I needed and I came away from London determined.”

So what did Beth do differently after the London rally that allowed her to achieve enough growth to qualify? She started by identifying exactly what she wanted to change about her life and how the business could help her to do that – like sending her son to private school. “I created goal boards on my iPad, on my laptop, my phone – I even had a pin board in my kitchen that stayed there all year with a picture of my little boy’s

new school. I created a space in my goal book that said ‘Global Rally Singapore’ and ‘Chairman’s Bonus cheque’ so that I could put a photo there when I achieved it. I booked an appointment to visit the school so that I could feel it, smell it and experience it.” Beth also got serious with her daily activity and put as much of herself into her business as she could. “I contacted 25 people a week without fail and started to block out Forever time in my diary,” she explains, “just to make sure I was being productive. I ordered a whiteboard which lived in my kitchen and I counted down every case credit daily towards my Global Rally goal, even if only half a CC came off. I told my little boy he was going to Singapore to pick up a cheque, and I meant it – thanks to the belief the London rally had instilled in me.” And qualifying hasn’t just been about achieving her own objectives, “I focused on helping others achieve their goals and made it my mission to develop my teams to a high level,” she says. “Global Rally has taught me that you aren’t a leader until you create leaders.”

Fit for purpose

Health and fitness has always been important to Kelle and having two young children (Sofia, six and Luca, eight) and a full-time job isn’t necessarily conducive to an active way of life. However, since building a sustainable (and considerable) income through Forever, she’s been able to quit her job as a driving instructor and now has the freedom to spend as much time as she pleases working out at her local health club, The Warwickshire. “I come to the gym every morning after dropping the kids off at school and I’m here until about 11.30am,” she says. “I’ll go home and work the business in the afternoon if I need to and then I go and pick the kids up. If I need to do a training online in the evening via a webinar, then

I’ll do that. But I work it very part time – between 10 and 15 hours a week max.” Kelle does not strike me as someone who shies away from opportunity. A few years ago, before she started her Forever business, she was offered the chance to become involved in a franchise. This venture unfortunately didn’t work out and ended up being something very different to what she had thought she was buying into. But happy-go-lucky Kelle didn’t let this setback get her down. In fact, although the franchise wasn’t to be, it did lead her to Forever. Whilst pregnant with her first child, Kelle trained as a driving instructor in the hope that she’d be able to work flexible hours. Knowing that she wasn’t enjoying this role, an old colleague

from Kelle’s franchise days contacted her about the business on Facebook. Forever presented another opportunity for Kelle to achieve the lifestyle she had been longing for – and this time her have-a-go attitude finally paid off. “It is giving me more than I ever expected,” she says. Kelle attributes her success to adhering to good business basics, as well as being lucky to have a proactive downline. “For the five years and four months I’ve been in the business I have never missed my 4CCs – and I definitely wouldn’t now,” she says. “But in the beginning I could have because my bonus cheque was nothing for the first three or four months as I didn’t have a team. But I just did my 4CCs.” Not being afraid to jump straight in the deep end has also played its part in her success. “I attended all of the BPs and I went to a Success Day in my first month,” recalls Kelle. “I drove from Cardiff to Telford on my own and stayed overnight for the Christmas party – I didn’t know anybody at the event. It’s things like that which have kept me in it from the beginning.” Kelle is very pragmatic about the business and despite her achievements still views it as she has every career opportunity over the years: as a means for her to prioritise her family, not for the attention that comes with success. “I am in this business for myself and my own goals,” confirms Kelle. “I would like to thank all of my team and downline and in particular my two frontline Managers, Julianna Woods and Melanie Cole. And a special thank you to my fiancé Paul and our good friends, Nicola and Bob Parker and Claire and Paul Barradell for all their love and support. One of the best parts of Forever is the people who come into your life.”

Your monthly update April 2015

Forever NewsPoint of purchase discountForever Business Owners at Assistant Supervisor level and above will soon benefit from personal discount at the point of purchase. This means that from the 1 May 2015, when you purchase product, you will not only receive your 30% discount, you will also receive your personal bonus (5-18% depending on your Marketing Plan level) which used to be paid on the 15th of the following month.

Have you booked your tickets?

The June Success Express is fast approaching and as these events become increasingly popular it’s a good idea to book your tickets asap to ensure you don’t miss out. We’ve got some fantastic product offers and an amazing line-up of speakers for the June instalment, which will be taking place at London’s ExCeL centre.

October Success Express date changeHead Office would like to advise that the date for the October Success Express has changed from Sunday 25th October to Saturday 24th October.

FBO Support hours extensionForever Business Owner Support (formally Distributor Support) has now extended its phone line opening hours on a Monday, meaning they are open from 8am-6pm every week. Normal opening hours will remain for the rest of the week, which is 9am-5pm Tuesday to Friday, and 9am-1pm on a Saturday.

Placing and collecting orders on training daysWarwick Product Centre can get extremely busy during BPs and trainings as many of you like to collect your orders at these times. If you’re planning to collect an order, please help our Product Centre team to be as efficient as possible by doing the following: • Please place orders in advance and wherever possible do so on the day before attending the Manor for your training (preferably before 3pm on the day prior). In the event that a pre-order has not been picked and packed prior to arrival (which may inevitably happen on occasion), we are still able to provide a more efficient service and significantly reduce waiting times.

• When collecting orders on behalf of team members who are not attending the training please let the Product Centre team know as early as possible on the day itself, simply by handing in a list or informing them on arrival. This will mean that the order can be picked and packed while the meeting is taking place, once again reducing waiting times. • Should it be essential to place an order on the day, please ensure that order forms (available at the Manor) are completed and handed in at the Product Centre or Reception as early as possible, preferably before the training commences, as it will help significantly.

International sign upYou are now able to create a login for your international downline to have access to foreverknowledge.info, allowing them access to all of the training information and some of the business tools available to UK and Ireland FBOs. For more information visit the International Distributor Sign Up section on foreverknowledge.info, under My Forever>Business Tools.
