This year’s topic will address what is the most appropriate legal, social, and moral response to the issue of “Harassment & Social Media”. This is in reference to recent incidents where people have been harassed by individuals using the internet and social media websites. The speech should be 5-7 minutes long.

That day will be Tuesday, April 24 at 4pm at the Thurston County Superior Court Building.
