  • Form a PAC (Political Action Committee) Register the PAC with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees Raise money to be spent to pass the bond election Keep track of the money raised and the money spent and provide the required reports on spending in the format and at the time required Create brochures that can explain why this project is the best solution and to urge a vote for the bond issue Create signs that can urge passage of the bond issue Take out ads to explain the need, the solution and to advocate for the passage of the bond election Host meetings where the community can come together to get a presentation on the bond issue and to promote voting and voting for passage
