A miracle involves seeking Jesus. 3. A miracle involves faith on the person's part. 4. A miracle involves a grateful attitude. 5. A miracle always brings glory to God and not the person. 6. A miracle should be shared with others. MARK 4 - THE STORM: 1. In the storms of life we can always rest and trust Jesus. You have to speak to your storm. You have to resist the enemy in the Name of Jesus. You have to speak the Word of God over you life and circumstances. WHAT YOU SAY in the storm makes all the difference in the world! When you need a miracle, watch your words. 2. You can experience peace in the midst of the storm. You may be in a storm, but the storm doesn't have to be in you. 3. Jesus is always with you in the storm. In the storms of life we cannot forget that Jesus is always in the boat with us. One of the first temptations in the storms of life is to think God doesn't care. God is not only with u, but He also cares about every detail of our lives. Miracles in the Bible: •Old Testament: over 90 miracles (around 93-95) •New Testament: over 55 miracles (around 55-57) includes miracles done by the Apostles A miracle is a special act of almighty God. They can reveal something about His character, power, plans or purposes. They are one of the primary proofs of God's existence. Miracles in the Old Testament are considered to show that God is the one true God and in the New Testament they are to show that Jesus is the true Messiah.

MARK 5 - JESUS DELIVERS THE DEMON-POSSESSED MAN:

1. If you will ask Jesus to change you, He will have mercy on you.2. God can calm your tormented mind.3. The miracle is not just for you, but for others.

• God takes an ordinary struggling person and turns you into someone extraordinary forthe Kingdom of God.

• Your life will never be wasted.• God will use you to help set the captives free.
