FABIAN ECHEGARAY (Managing Director) BIANCA FERMIANO (Manager)

Fabian is founder and managing director of

Market Analysis. He works with market research

and public opinion in Latin America since the

early 1990s and wrote numerous papers about

social and political behavior, sustainability and

green economy. Fabián frequently publishes his

papers in renowned national and international

media and in important academic circles of

consumption studies. He holds a PhD in Political

Science from the University of Connecticut (USA)

and specialized in research at the Roper Center

and the University of Michigan - ICPSR (USA).

Bianca heads the qualitative research department

and she is a moderator of groups and techniques of

individual approach. She is psychologist by UFSC

(BRA) with post-graduation in public health by the

same university. She holds a specialization in

psychodrama, and has been working with action-

research and group intervention techniques since

2004. She manages qualitative projects, being

responsible for the methodology design,

development of the research tools, content analysis

and reporting. Bianca participated in the ESOMAR

Summer Academy 2013 that studied the approach

and application of techniques based on the

Behavior Economics theory.

MICHELE AFONSO (Manager)

Michele is head of quantitative research analysis and is

responsible for advanced analysis of data and

communication of results to clients. She graduated in

Statistics by UFRGS (BRA), and holds a MA in

Production Engineering by UFSC (BRA). Michele

specialized in latent traits measurement through item

response theory and has extensive training in

quantitative methodologies by IPSA (International

Political Science Association). She has worked with

socioeconomic researches at the foundation of

Economics and Statistics/RS and has extensive

experience in the construction of multivariate models,

forecasting modeling, sampling and questionnaire

design. She has been specializing in the field of

corporate sustainability and sustainable consumption,

and has been participating as a speaker in events

related to the subject.

PAULA GOERG (Manager)

Paula is head of national and international

quantitative research projects since 2007, and is

responsible for the contact with clients and

suppliers, research design, data analysis and

reporting. She is specialist in Marketing by FGV

(BRA) and her main areas of study are design and

application of mixed method research, satisfaction

research, product testing, and semiotics. Paula

holds a degree in Languages and Executive

Secretariat by UFSC (BRA) and has extensive

training in research methods by ABEP (Brazilian

Market Research Agencies Association) and IPSA

(International Political Science Association), and

training in communication of results by ESOMAR.

She is fluent in English.

DEBORA MONTIBELER (Senior Analyst)

Débora is senior qualitative research analyst and

moderator. She is psychologist graduated by

UFSC (BRA) and holds a post-graduation degree

in Gestalt Therapy. Débora has extensive

experience with focus group moderation,

ethnographic interviews, bulletin board

moderation and in-depth interviewing. She is also

experienced in national and international

fieldwork logistics, dealing directly with suppliers,

clients, qualitative data analysis, and report

development. Débora has been attending events

and conferences related to qualitative market

research in the past years, such as the ESOMAR

Qualitative 2013, PMRG Institute in 2015, and the

2015 QRCA annual conference. She is fluent in

English.

Romina is quantitative projects’ analyst.

She holds a degree in Marketing

Administration at IES University College

Century XXI (ARG). Romina is responsible

for fieldwork set up, training and

coding. She is also in charge of contact

with suppliers and clients, especially from

MARIANA GOULART (Analyst)

Mariana is moderator and qualitative

research analyst. She holds a degree in

Psychology by UFSC (BRA) and is currently

completing her post-graduation in Gestalt

Therapy. She has experience with in depth

interviews, concept and product testing,

group moderation, and online bulletin board

moderation. Mariana is responsible for

qualitative data analysis, client relationships

and logistics of national and international

fieldwork. She is fluent in English. In 2014,

Mariana attended the PHARMArket Research

Conference, and in 2016 the PMRG Connect,

international conferences about the latest

trends in market research in the health and

pharmaceutical industry.
