ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES

Adult Sunday School class - NEW! A Guide For Biblical Studies: The Gift of Faith - Exploring themes of faith in the Gospels of Mark

and Luke. (Tom Whitcraft)

“Seeking Amazing Grace” Adult class - Study of Hebrews (Larry Marshall)

BIBLE STUDIES

Monday Morning Bible Study - NEW STUDY— Book of Matthew

Care and Share Women’s Group - Meets Mondays at 7 pm. “Overcoming Fear”.

On April 18 at 7 pm, the Care and Share Wom-en’s Group will be starting a new study enti-tled “Bless These Lips”. Words are power-ful. They can bless and encourage or they can criticize and discourage. We’ve all had times

where our lips blurted out hurtful or condemning words. These were times when we wished for a mouth makeover. God wants us to use the gift of speech to glorify Him and to be an example of our faith in Jesus. This eight-week study examines how our words get in the way of our relationship with Him and others and how it destroys our witness for Jesus. Each chapter draws on analogies with lip products and uses humor and observations to explore Scripture passages about our words and attitudes. We invite women of all ages to join us for this time of study and application of God’s Word. Please see Judith Wallace for more information or to request a book. ORDERS WILL BE PLACED FOR STUDY MATERIALS ON APRIL 6th.

Other donated items for the auction could include: antiques, new toys, handmade jewelry, baked goods (pies, cakes, cookies, etc.), art work or any other creative ideas that would benefit our school. The Silent Auction will begin at 5:30 pm and end at 7:00 pm. Items will be available for pick-up after the musical.
