Online applications are invited from citizens of lndia for filling up of 25(twenty five)

posts of Assistant Professor under Rashtriya Uchchatar Sikhsha Abhiyan in the pay matrix level-l0 ofRs. 57,700 - L,82,4001- per month plus other allowances as admissible to Arunachal Pradesh Govt.

Employees from time to time. Vacancy position is subject to variation

?. AGE:- Candidates appearing for post of Assistant Professor must not be above 37 years ofage as on 72-03-2079. However, the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for APST and another 5

years for Arunachal Pradesh Govt. employees.

3. EDUCATIONAT QUALIFICAJION:-

(i) Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale

wherever grading system is followed) at the Master's Degree level in a relevant subject from an

lndian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. However, there is a

relaxation of 5% marks that is from 55% to 5O% marks at Masters Degree level for the ST/SC

candidates

(ii) The candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC,

CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.

(iii) Candidates, who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D Degree in accordance with the UniversityGrants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D Degree) Regulations,

2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET

or recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions inU niversities/Col leges/l nstitutio ns.

4. METHOD OF SELECTTON: The eligible candidates will have to appear in an lnterview/Viva-

Voce test to be conducted by the Commission at ltanagar or any other place, which may be decided

by the Commission.

N0TE: UGC criteria for short listina of candidates will be adopted if it is deemed necessorv to do so.

FEE: Rs. 100 for APST candidates and Rs. 1501- for Others through Online.

(i) Certificates and mark-sheets of Class-X, Class-Xll/Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Master Degree

issued by the Registrar/Assistant Registrar/Controller of Examination/Vice Chancellor of the

concerned University to ascertain marks and educational qualification.

(ii) CertificatesofPh.D/NET/SLET/SET.

(iii) Recent pass-port size photograph (Siz6 40kb to 100kb).

(iv) Scanned signature of the candidate on white pa per with black ink pen (Size 20Kb to 6OKb).

(v) APST Certificate for APST candidates and ST/SC Certificate/PRC/EP|C/Aadhar CardlPass port forOthers.

(vi) Matriculation Certificate for proof of Age issued by the Board only will be accepted.

(vii) NOC/lntimation letter for those who are in regular Govt. service.

(viii) Teaching experience certificates, if any.

(ix) Award certificates, if any.

(x) Any other document like Research Publication etc., if any.

N.B: ln the event of any information being found false or incorrect before, during and after theexamination, candidature of the candidate shall be rejected at any stage.

8. LAST DATE OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATION: The last date for submission of online application is

72-03-2079 upto 4 P.M. after which the link will be disabled.
