03January2018,SINGAPOREDigimaticGroupLtd.(ASX:DMC)(the“Company”or“DMC”)ispleasedtoannouncetheappointmentofMsPaulineTeoPuayLinastheExecutiveDirectortotheCompany.PaulineiscurrentlytheChiefExecutiveOfficerof8VICGlobalPte.Limited(“8VICGlobal”),overseeingthemanagementoftheFinancialEducationandTrainingSeminarbusinesssegmentof8VICGlobal.AsoneofthekeyspeakersfortheFinancialEducationprogrammesandseminarsthat8VICGlobaloffers,Paulinehas led the Education team to expand beyond Singapore.Moving forward, Paulinewill focus on thebusinessoperationsandglobalexpansionof8VICGlobal.

PaulinewillactastheExecutiveDirectoroftheCompanycommencing03January2018,unlessanduntilterminatedbyeitherpartygivingtotheothernotlessthan3months’noticeinwriting.WelcomingPaulinetotheBoard,DMC’sExecutiveDirector,IvanOngsaid,“I’mdelightedPaulinehasjoinedtheBoardofDMC.ShehaspreciselythemixofskillsandexperiencethattheCompanyneeds,particularlywiththeongoingexpansionofeducationarminDMC.”

WithPauline’snewappointment,8VICGlobalwillrestructureitsseniorleadershiprolestoboostgrowthandacceleratethepaceofglobalization.SeanSeahwillbenamedastheChiefExecutiveOfficerfor8VICGlobalwhilePaulineTeowillassumetheroleofChiefOperatingOfficer.Dr.DanielKaowillremainastheChiefMarketingOfficer.RefertoAppendixfortheirprofiles.

Pursuanttoherappointment,PaulinewillreceivefromtheCompanyadirector’sfeeofS$186,240perannum (comprising base salary of S$174,000 per annum and Central Provident Fund contribution ofS$12,240perannum).Suchdirector’sfeeisdeterminedwithreferencetotheCompany’sremunerationpolicy andwill be subject to review from time to timeby theBoard. The variable bonuswill also bedeterminedbytheBoard,inalignmentwiththeCompany’spolicy.

DuringaperiodwiththeSingaporeMinistryofDefenceandtheCivilServiceCollegeofSingapore,Pauline

DrDaniel Kao is theChiefMarketingOfficer of 8VICGlobal and is based in Singapore.He is also the

investmenteducationunderthebrandnameofValueInvestingCollege.

DanielgraduatedfromtheNationalUniversityofSingaporewithaBachelorsinMedicineandSurgeryin

2008.AsaGeneralPractitioner,Danielwentfromworkinginthehospitals,toservinginthearmyasa

MedicalOfficer,thenbacktopracticingmedicineinthehospitalsandeventuallyinaprivatepractice.He

joinedFinancialJoyInstitutein2015asatrainerandhavesincetakenontheoperational,marketingas
