“I chose Perth as my study abroad destination because I wanted to study close to the beach, and I’m so glad I did; the weather was fantastic and the beach lifestyle was so refreshing!”

My experience at ECU has been a good one because the staff are friendly and the students are very welcoming. I picked nursing subjects because I knew that I’d be able to go on prac and get real world experience. I found it challenging at first to adapt to a new environment but, after settling in, I fitted right in.

I would definitely encourage other students to study abroad for a semester or two because it will enrich your life and you’ll make friends for life.
