Research interests: My research interests are Embedded Control for robots and networking.
Possible project ideas: 1) Control for UAVs ,2) Path planning and localization of autonomous mobile robots, 3) Indoor Object Localization, 4) Improving network for video transmission from UAVs ,
Objective in participating this Program:
Currently I'm pursuing my education in Electrical Engineering and I have my interest in pursuing my higher education in Robotics and networking. This particular opportunity will be of great value to me both because it lays a foundation to a higher platform in robotics on which I can continue my research and higher education in autonomous robotics. Through this program I could explore graduate school opportunities at different universities. This also helps me to organize a more solid robotics club and workshops at my college by which I can transfer my ideas and ignite interest in them about this out-of-box field.
Through this program, I will have the opportunity to collaborate with the state of `the art researches on going at some of the eminent universities. This would widen the scope of my interest to pursue advanced research and career in the eminent universities.
I am confident that my future lies in learning and collaborating in the creation of cutting edge technologies to meet the changing needs of society. I am ready to take on challenges as I believe opportunities are the ones that we create. Thus I declare that given a chance to participate in this program, I will contribute my knowledge and skills to this wonderful field to the extent of my ability.

INTERNSHIP
Researched on Feedback Speed Control of BLDC motor at Tata Motors Ltd., Pune May 2014-June 2014
Prepared and tested a speed control algorithm on BLDC motor using PIC18F4431microcontroller. PWMs of different duty cycle are produced according to the user input of speed. BLDC motor output(speed) characteristics were drawn for different PWM duty cycles.
PROJECTS
Energy(electrical energy) Monitoring and Data Acquisition System November 2013-February 2013
Designed a system which monitors the energy consumed by each electrical appliance in home and sends the data wirelessly using RF 2.4 GHz modules to a PC which accumulates all the data over time. The data acquired is shown to the user with the help of GUI made using Matlab.
RF Identification SystemAugust 2013-November 2013
When the passive RF tag comes into the field of the RFID reader reads the tag and identifies the person based on the database of information stored in the micro controller.
Wireless control for Robotic Arm using RF 2.4 GHz module July 2013-October 2013
Prepared a robotic arm control using arduino micro controller and RF 2.4 GHz module. Servo motors which are used for robotic arm are controlled using 3 axis joystick.
