Depot Assistant, Grain Marketing Board(July 2008 – Present)The core responsibilities of this role include supervising the sales clerk who use the Fiscalisation machines, monitor the stock movement, storage and reconcile the physical and book balances.Prepares the Income Statement and check all bankings. Monitor the credit customers and maintain them in their permitted credit limits. During my time in this role l have introduced the asset register and the physical check and identification of each asset location. Prepare Monthly Reports and Annual Budget for department. During my time l have managed to motivate my subordinates to study hence most of them have been promoted to higher position and acquired professional qualifications.

To ensure quality management in grain handling and storage standards are complied with. Participate in the identification of farmers suitable for contract inputs and assist in logistics for government input schemes.
