Step 1 – Landing Page

When you click https://www.highmarksce.com/pxi/ it will take you to the page you see here. To get started you will click the blue “Login” button on the top right of screen.

Step 2 – Login

After clicking the blue login button on the top right of screen, a pop-up window will appear asking for your login information. As you can see, members of The Beryl Institute can use their login information. All others must create credentials or use those already created. Once entered, click “Sign In”

Step 3 – Enter Application Process

Once logged in, users will see their main landing page and the application options, from here you can begin (or continue) the application process by clicking “CPXP/PXE Applications”

Step 4 – Select Application of Interest

After clicking “CPXP/PXE Applications” you will see a drop down providing the option to being either the PXE or CPXP application process. Select the application process you are looking to complete.

Step 5 (CPXP Option) Start CPXP Application Process

After clicking the application you look to complete, it will take you to the appropriate application landing page. For the case of CPXP APPLICATION, you will see the CPXP Application overview page. On this page you will start a new CPXP application by clicking “Start New Certified Patient Experience Professional Application”. You can also see any current applications in process under “My Applications” to continue or revise.

Step 5 (PXE Option) Start PXE Application Process

After clicking the application you look to complete, it will take you to the appropriate application landing page. For the case of PXE APPLICATION, you will see the PXE Application overview page. On this page you will start a new PXE application by clicking “Start New Patient Experience Continuing Education Application”. You can also see any current applications in process under “My Applications” to continue or revise.

Step 6 – Complete Application

After clicking to start either application you will be taken to the appropriate application forms. Follow the steps to provide the required information, review and finalize your application and provide payment and you are on your way to sitting for the CPXP examination or offering PXEs.
