APPLICATION PROCEDURE Step 1: Look for information about the European Summer Program (ESP) This website contains a lot of information about the ESP and will help you get a better idea of what we offer. Consult with academic advisor (for credit transfer for instance) and parents. Indicate on the application form the elective that you have selected as well as an alternate elective in case your first choice becomes unavailable.  Step 3: Complete our ESP application form %ownload and complete the ESP application form.  Step !: "rrange Pament Payment of the fees has to be made at the time of submitting your application. &ou can either pay in full immediately or pay a deposit of ' euros with your application and pay the balance at least ' days before the commencement of your program.   #$ penalt charge will be applied if you have not paid in full when the ESP starts. Expenses related to dental care and illnesses contracted before arrival in France are not covered.It is the student's own responsibility to make insurance arrangements for any accident, illness, injury, loss or damage to persons or property resulting from, or in any way connected with the study period in France.Health and Travel Insurance can be purchased through the ESP Office for an extra cost of 75 euros.
