Due to the lack of efficient HPLC method for the analysis of the post purification of the individual

cannabinoids, we developed a fast and efficient method to separate the mixture and in turn use for

analysis.

HPLC separation of 7 cannabinoids using Agilent XDB column (50x4.6 mm), 1.8 µM. Mobile

Phase: A – 0.1% TFA in Water; B – 0.1% TFA in MeCN at 1 ml/min (0, 25%B); (4 min,

100%B); (6.5 min, 100%B); (6.7 min, 25%B). Wavelength: 220-nm
