The Doña Carmen Denia National High School has good intentions in inculcating high quality education. I am seeking for an opportunity to belong to your roster of competent and committed Filipino instructors.

I am Cipriano C. Herbas Jr; 40 years old, married with good moral character and in good health. I completed my tertiary education at Southern Philippines Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST) Malita, Davao del Sur with the Degree of Bachelor in Agricultural Technology.

In addition to my qualifications, I had earned 18 units in Master of Public Administration and 30 units in Professional Education at the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) Obrero, Davao City. I passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers given last August 31, 2003 with the general weighted average rating of 75.20 percent.

I have gained enough experienced through teaching at Saint Therese College of Science and Technology Sasa, Davao City handling Technology and Livelihood Education subject for first year to fourth year high school on June 2004 to Feb 2008.

Presently, I am teaching in Baracatan National High School as national paid teacher handling TLE-ICT for first to fourth year high school from March 3, 2008 to present.

In view of this, I am confident to declare that I am now well equipped to face the challenges of the teaching profession. My sufficient skills, knowledge and utmost patience would guarantee my efficiency in the task.
