Here you may indicate which categories you would like to apply for
The application fee is 10 Euros per category that you select You may select more than one category for each videoSubmitting the video to more than one category increases its chances of being nominated However a video can only be nominated for one category
5 Tickets to the festival will be given to those whose entries will be nominated
How does it work
Send us your video along with the application form and total application fee All category winners will automatically be nominated for Best Production (best of all winners)The prize for the winner of Best Production is 1000 EurosThe nominees will get their videos uploaded for free to our upcoming online music video channel

Submission Criteria
Music videos must have been completed on or after January 1 2013Music videos must not be longer than 8 minutesMusic videos submitted should not contain any written production credits at the beginning or at the end of video (ie credits for the title of song album name of label director)
Berlin Music Video Awards do not guarantee submitted music videos will be shortlisted for the festivalAll information posted by Berlin Music Video Awards is subject to change without prior noticeFilmmakers producers or musicians submitting videos into the festival must possess all necessary permissions rights to submit their video
The submitter grants Berlin Music Video Awards the non-exclusive rights to reproduce the video or part of the video and to showcase the video for the purposes of the festival or its promotionBerlin Music Video Awards are not responsible for clearing publishing performance or other rights for the music videos it screens or promotes on its site or at the festival

By signing I acknowledge and agree to the following
To the best of my knowledge all statements in this document are true I am duly authorized on my behalf and on behalf of any person or entity that has ownership rights in the work to submit it to the Berlin Music Video Awards and I represent that this submission is not in violation of any law nor violates any right of said person or entity
I hold the Berlin Music Video Awards its officers as well as any of its fiscal sponsors and affiliated entities harmless from any damage to or loss of any materials submitted by me whether that damage or loss occurs en route to or from the festival or during the course of the festivalrsquos possession of said materials
In case you are not the owner but you are one of the filmmakers and would like to submit your video to one of the categories please obtain the signature of the owner (may it be the musician the producer or the music label) along with a statement to ensure the owner grants permission to send in his or her work and publicly display it through the Berlin Music Video Awards and its connected events and platforms
If you are younger than 18 years please send in a letter of statement by your legal representative (eg parents) which enables you to enter the contest Due to legal restrictions we can not accept applications by people younger than 18 years without a permission by their legal representatives
