In order for this office to process and approve an application for permit forDevelopment. Interference with Wetlands and Alterations to Shorelines andWatercourses for proposed works on your property, we require the followinginformation:
I. A completed Application for Permit Form. The application form must be signedand dated.
2. Location of property in relation to surrounding buildings, streets, etc. (plot orsite plan).
3. Size, location and dimensions of property - all existing structures.4. Location. dimensions and elevation of all proposed structures and fill.5. Elevation of any windows, doors, vents or other exterior openings in relation to
final grade (copy of plans).6. The appropriate fee as per the current Board-approved fee schedule.
Attached is a sample application form. intended to assist you in completing yourapplication for permit.

Also attached is the 20 I I Fee Schedule. If you have any questions about the appropriatefee for the work addressed in your applications, please contact this office. Please notethat payment of the fee is required at the time of submission of your application forpermit.
Applications for permit are generally approved within 10 business days of this officereceiving all required information. If the required information has not been received bythis office, we will contact you and advise as to what information is needed.
We would also suggest you contact your municipality's bUilding department to determinetheir building requirements and all other municipal development requirements. Shouldyou have any questions or require assistance in completing the application for permitform, please do not hesitate to contact this office. .
