Effect Evaluation

(一) Growth Vigor Investigation 1. Color of leaves and fruits are different obviously from

each treatment. The #1 has deeper green than the others.

2. While harvesting, #1 is straighter and thicker than the others.

3. The first harvesting of #1, #2 and #3 are respectively on 2001.4.22, 2001.4.26 and on 2001.5.1

Conclusion: Result show that, spraying Alga600 could significantly increase the lettuce yield. The lettuce yield in Xiao Tang Shan Town of Chang Ping District increased by 11.07% compared with water control, and the difference is significant at 5% level. The lettuce yield in Yang Town of Shun Yi District also increased by 6.08% compared with water control.

The efficiency of fertilizer spraying prior to virus inoculation is better than what virus inoculation in advance. Hereinto the 500 dilution rate is the better choice.
