Tightening process/operation
The workpiece is in position and securely clamped.
The workpiece is tightened using the following
procedure:
Using the handle the operator guides the
tightening tool from the home position
horizontally (Y-axis) forward
The tightening tool is now directly above the
tightening position; the socket or bit of the
tightening tool is engaged with the head of the
bolt being tightened. The socket is then
disengaged by the operator moving the handle
upwards and guided to the home position.
OK = Tightening OK (green LED)
NOK = Tightening not OK (red LED)

OverviewThe MSTKN is designed for use in an industrial
environment. It is a Modbus TCP slave and can
also be used in existing bus systems.
The fieldbus interface communicates via WiFi
with cyclic data transfer via Open Modbus TCP /
UDP.
The system is configured via the integrated
Bluetooth interface. The MSTKN can also be
configured via a PC or a mobile application.

Device description
The feed grippers have flanged mechanical
interfaces to the tightening spindle with a feed
output drive. It is clamped to the flange and is
adjustable both axially and radially.
The flange/bracket of the feed grippers is
manufactured with a toothed roller gearing
mechanism to ensure centered opening of the
gripper jaws.
Feed grippers are used to provide bolts directly before the mounting
point, in connection with automatic screw feeding systems.
