Employee has temporary job restrictions.

Completed RTW form is returned to Health

Services.

Nurse contacts supervisor to determine if training or work is available in the

department.

Nurse will then contact another department to

determine if any work is available within the medical

restrictions.

Employee will be paid from home department.

Department assigns work or training for a maximum

of 90 days.

If unable to find a temporary assignment, employee will

continue on S&A or Workers' Compensation.At the end of 90 days, the employee

must be able to return to regular job. Temporary assignemnt will no longer be effective unless agreed to by the

Company.
