iPad: what is to come To be released in April 2010 If people see the iPad as an extra device to carry
around, it will likely have limited appeal. If they see it as a convenient replacement for
bulkier computers, it could drastically change portable computing. Web-surfing, email, social networking, video/photo
viewing, gaming, music, basic content creation, note taking.
Will the iPad replace laptop computers?
What is the iPad?
The iPad is an advance in making more-sophisticated computing possible via a simple touch interface on a slender, light and highly portable device.
Only time will tell if it’s a real challenger to the laptop
