9. "iTunes Store" means Apple's onlirc store hrougi which Apple sells digital audio

and video rccordilgs to oonsuders.

10. "Portable digital media player" means any devioe that can be easily tansporte4

weighs ess hao 12 ounces, s capable ofplaying a digital audio and or video recolding, can store

more han 150 digital audio ecordings assuming n average ile size of3.0 MB but does not employ
