ONLY GLUTEN FREE RECIPESApple And Butternut Squash Meatloaf
This is a healthy way of serving meatloaf, it is low fat with added apples and butternut squash and is truly delicious!
Serves 4 – 6
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pound lean organic ground beef 1 lb. organic butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut
to small pieces or finely chopped 1 cup organic parsley, chopped 1 tsp. sea salt 1 tbsp. organic GF apple cider 2 organic apples, peeled, cored and chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 4 oz. good quality goat cheese 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 F In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together except
maple syrup Form a loaf and place in a baking dish, brush entire
meatloaf with maple syrup Bake for 1 hour at 350 F covered with foil, take foil off,
increase temperature to 380 F and bake another 30 minutes or until well browned
Remove meatloaf out of the oven, cover with foil and let it rest for 20 minutes before cutting, serve with GF gravy
