Appendix F: Impact Register
Notes on Impact Tables and Mapping
The impact tables presented in Appendix F should be read in conjunction with the main report text given in Volume 1 of the Assessment of Water Impact Technical Report.
Certain impacts have been selected for presentation on the impact mapping. The impacts selected include all those with:
• Significant residual impacts.
• Minor non-significant residual impacts, including those with extensive compensation/mitigation and statutory consultee concerns which cannot be fully mitigated
In general, impacts that are not shown are those assessed as being:
• Not significant.
• Becoming not significant after the application of routine good practice.
• Being designed or managed out altogether through mitigation.
The impacts which have been selected for presentation on the impact mapping are shaded in the final column (residual impacts) of the impact register tables shaded.
