8 Academic Advisory Board

The Academic Monitoring Committee (AMC) has been constituted with

the Senior Faculty Members normally not exceeding three to review the

Academic performances and achievements of the individual Staff and to

advise the steps to be taken to strengthen the academic activity.

Frequency of meeting & date of last meeting

The Academic Monitoring Committee (AMC) meets at least once in each

semester. Its decisions and recommendations are discussed & finalized at

the meetings of the Faculty Members with Principal as Chairman.

9 Organizational Chart

Principal is the Academic head of the College. He is assisted by the

Advisory Committees constituted for various functions. A Strong team of

supporting staff renders necessary support to the academic activities of

Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, to which this college is affiliated,

and by the management of the College. The Organizational Chart is given

Student Feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance / Faculty performance

Feedback from the students is taken. The feedback form used by the

students is given below:

The performance of the Teachers is assessed based on the Feedback

received. Steps are initiated to improve the standards of teaching and of

laboratory work.

Complaint boxes are kept in the College. Complaints received are

analyzed and the Principal and the Administration take prompt follow up

action by initiating corrective steps wherever required. Senior faculty

members of each department undertake the Student Counseling.
