APPENDIX 3 – Publications List

3.1. Applicable Documents

3.1.1. The documents listed in the present SOW, in all the annexes, appendices and attachments form part of the present SOW, as detailed in the current document.

3.1.2. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, the document version currently in effect at the time of RFP closing apply. It is the contractor’s responsibility to determine which document version, revision, amendment, notice and supplement is in effect at the time of the RFP closing.

3.1.3. If a document is referenced without indicating any specific paragraphs as being applicable, the document is applicable in its entirety.

3.1.4. When a specific version of an applicable document is listed in the SOW (including associated appendix and annexes) no other version will be used without prior written permission from the DND Technical Authority (TA) or designated representative.

3.1.5. When the listed documents are referenced in the SOW (including associated appendix and annexes and/or attachments text), the short form citing only the basic number of the document is used. Revision letters, amendment indicators, notices and supplements may be used.
