Please pay attention to the following definitions in accordance with the VDA recommendation:

• Numerical fields are filled left-aligned with zeros

• Numerical fields are filled with zeroes if they are not used

• Alphanumeric fields are filled right-aligned with blanks

• Alphanumeric fields are filled with blanks if they are not used

Table Description There is a table for each separate segment as the following sample:

As the contractual purchase order position number can have more digits within the internal ERP system from Benteler those both fields will be used in combination to have the possibility to use 5 digits.
