and persuade

ETHOS Ethical Appeal that affects our belief in someone’s authority along with our sense of right and wrong.
We want to trust and believe people in advertisements.

How is each example trying to appeal to its audience? Logically,
Ethically, or Emotionally?
As we go through the examples, write your responses down in your
notebook. Title it Journal # 2 - Appeals and put a star (*) by it.
Not soon enough. Laboratory tests over the last few years have proven that babies who start
drinking sodas during that early formative period have a much
better chance of gaining acceptance and fitting in during
those awkward preteen and teenage years.
