Where you are a person, a Related Party to you is:
yourspouseordomesticpartner;
acompanyofwhichyouareadirectororsecretary;or
acompanyofwhichyourspouseordomesticpartnerisadirectororsecretary.
Where you are a company, a Related Party to you is:
yourdirectororsecretary;
apersonwhoisaspouseordomesticpartnerofyourdirectororsecretary;
acompanywhereyourdirectororsecretaryisalsoadirectororsecretary o that company; or
acompanywhereyourdirectororsecretaryisaspouseordomestic
partner o a director or secretary o that company.

This Application will be assessed in accordance with the conditions and
requirements advertised or this sales process and may be rejected i:
(a) acceptance o the Application or Land Rent Lease may result in youor a Related Party to you having more than fve (5) blocks On Hold
or Land Rent Leases; or
(b) the Application or Land Rend Lease has not been ully completed or
executedtothesatisfactionoftheLDA;or
(c) you have made a alse declaration in the Application or Land RentLease; or
(d) you have not paid any applicable ee;
(e) the LDA has not invited applications or the right to the grant o a
Land Rent lease or the Block; or
() the Application or Land Rent Lease does not otherwise comply
with any o the conditions or requirements advertised or this sales
process (applicable conditions).

AnApplicationFeeof$1,000perblockisonlypayablebyyouwhereyouora Related Party already have a block On Hold as defned in the applicable
conditions and this Application or Land Rent Lease.
ThisApplicationFee:
(a) is non reundable i the Application or Land Rent Lease is accepted by
theLDAandyouenterintoaFirstGrantContractirrespectiveofwhether
you change your election to purchase the right to the grant o a Standard
LeasebeforeorafterexchangeofFirstGrantContract;
(b) is reundable i the Application or Land Rent Lease is accepted by the
LDAandyoudonotenterintoaFirstGrantContract;
(c) is reundable i your Application or Land Rent Lease is not accepted;
(d) is not a deposit or part payment o the deposit on a block; and
(e) doesnotformpartoftheconsiderationfortheformingofaFirst
GrantContractbetweenyouandtheLDAforablock.

In accordance with Regulation 3 o the LandRentRegulation2008(ACT),
beore the Land Rent Lease is granted you must:
(a) have attended a Land Rent inormation session conducted by
theCanberraInstituteofTechnology(CIT);and
(b) give evidence o your attendance at the session to the LDA or
its appointed solicitor.
YouwillneedtocontacttheCITtoarrangeyourattendanceon(02)62073244
or(02)62073188.
TheLDArequiresyoutoattendtheCITinformationsessionbytheearlier
ofa)60daysafterexchangeoftheFirstGrantContractandb)settlement.
I you ail to provide evidence that you have satisfed this requirement,
theLDAmay,atitssoleandabsolutediscretion,rescindyourFirstGrant
ContractandtheapplicableBlockwillnolongerbeheldforyouandwillbe
returned to the LDA.
I you are applying or a Land Rent Lease in the name o a company, at
leastonedirectororsecretaryofyourcompanymustattendtheCIT
inormation session.
Stamp duty
