Dear Sir,

Good Day!

I owe this institution a sincere apology for being late enrolled.

It was never my intention to create such an uncomfortable situation. I hope that I can be of assistance in correcting my mistake and resolving the matter. 

While I have caused this unpleasant experience, I am able to see where I went wrong. I just presumed that when the PMO office called me upon my inquiry months ago, I thought that what they were talking as “Okay na” was my enrollment but truly what they meant was only for my scholarship grant.

I believe acquiring this insight will allow me to learn and grow and prevent similar issues in the future. If there was any good that came out of this unfortunate experience, it is that I have grown and learned alternative approaches to these situations.
