The refrigeration cabinet must enhance the fresh products and

make them appealing to the consumer.

Transparency

Transparency improves trust. Transparency means

using solutions and materials that fully display fresh products.

Visibility

The merchandise must be easily visible from every vantage

point. This means reducing to a minimum all cabinet

components that may conceal the fresh merchandise while

increasing merchandise visibility to the maximum.

Apollo GC The serve over counter with natural air circulation has been specifically designed for displaying fish on a

bed of crushed ice.

Apollo GW / BM The serve over counter with hot glass-plate or bain-marie and top warming laps has been specifically

designed for displaying hot food.

Apollo provides full comfortAdjustable pedestals

The Apollo counter provides the foundation for a clean cabinet

design that is not impaired by visible wiring or piping. By using the

adjusting mechanism, the pedestals can be set in the optimum

position.

The maximum carrying capacity has also been considered here;

even when the pedestals are located at the extreme outer position,

the weight loading in the middle remains unchanged.

place in the store.

Competitive featuresThe combination of ergonomics, quality and energy savings make Apollo a unique solution to your requirements.Ergonomics

The less strain placed on the store’s staff, the more attention

they can devote to customers. The shop operator should be

able to carry out operations in the most efficient way. Carrier

has worked to simplify these operations. For example, in the

soft tummy bumper profile, we have developed a multi-

use channel for the electrical cable that supplies the scales.

Trenchers, paper holders and other accessories are moveable

and functional parts of the counter.

Quality

Stainless steel raw materials and elegant design are distinctive

features of Carucco counters. Aesthetically pleasing design is

inherently impressive but, at the same time, puts the product to

the fore. The cabinet surfaces that require cleaning are easy to

reach in order not only to guarantee hygiene, but also present a

sanitary look.

Material selection also plays an important role. In continuous

operation the individual components have to resist the severest

strain, whilst meeting visual demands.

Energy savings

The motivation behind Carrier Commercial Refrigerations new

solutions is to significantly reduce energy consumption and

maintain consistently high performance. The use of high-

performance fans and fan speed control saves energy, reduces

operating costs and respects the environment. Developments

include a new control unit that drives the performance

characteristics of the overall unit to ensure efficient operation.
