Guests of the Spa may use the Pool, Spa Pool, Sauna and the Steam Room as part of their treatment booking.However, the gym is subject to membership terms and conditions.

Children- Any child under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. One adult per childpolicy applies. Spa services for those younger than 16 years of age are limited to certain treatments. Please be advised by our Spa Therapist.

To truly appreciate your Spaexperience please arrive aminimum of 10 minutesprior to treatment in orderto relax and fill out ourconsultation form.

What to bring

At the Spa you are providedwith a Spa robe for the daywith our compliments. Wewould however recommendthat you bring bathing attireas this is a requirement inthe unisex thermal area.

Spa Cancellation Policy

Please allow 24 hours noticeto avoid a 50% cancellationfee. Any treatments cancelled within 12 hours will result infull payment for services. Spapackages require a notice of48 hours in order to avoid a100% treatment charge.

Spa Etiquette

• The Spa is a mobile-free zone.

• The Spa is a smoke-free zone.

• Bathrobes are to be wornin public areas.

• Suitable swimwear mustbe worn in the Pool andthermal area at all times.

• As a courtesy to all our guests, treatment times must be adhered to. Late arrival will result in your treatment time being reduced or our being unable to honour the appointment.

• The Spa is a place of quiet reflection. We ask that you keep disturbanceand noise to a minimumout of consideration for our other guests.

On your day of departurecheck-out time is 11.00am.We will be delighted to store your luggage with our reception shouldyou wish to resume Spa treatments for the duration of the day.
