Greeting to all Asia Pacific Leaders,
This is our pleasure for Thailand to host one of the most important
conferences of AIESEC in Asia Pacific Region, Asia Pacific Leaders Summit
2015, after the long waiting for this opportunity.
Asia Pacific Leaders Summit 2015 is a powerful space for individual
development, and, importantly, connecting with the diversity from Asia
Pacific region that you will never see in any conference. You can look
forward to join our special events, such as Thailand Youth Speak Forum,
Global Village, and other surprises, that will fulfill your memorable
experience through the whole conference.
We are so excited to welcome you to be our guest and experience
the land of smile. Although there was an inconvenient situation in our
country recently, we believe that we, all Thai citizens, will pass it and retune
the happiness to Thailand together.
Lastly, on behalf of Conference Committee team, we would like to
thank you for giving us this greatest opportunity and believing in Thailand
and AIESEC Thailand potential to host this wonderful international
conference. Conference team will do all our best to provide the amazing

South-East Asia and is nearby Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia. These are

APLS Asia Pacific Leader Summit 2015 at Thailand!
This international congress is a platform for young leaders throughout
Asia Pacific to share their knowledge and experience to achieve an
integrated roles and goals toward AIESEC 2015.
This conference is a touch point between AIESEC international (AI)
and Local Committee President (LCP) to make them have a same
understanding. Moreover, this is the collaboration within Asia Pacific
region.
The conference will be a 5 days 4 nights, in terms of fun, enjoy,
professional working, meeting awesome people, create your wonderful
experience and roll call dance from 23 countries in Asia Pacific.
Asia Pacific is going to be held in Thailand from 28 November 2015 to
2 December 2015. We are looking forward to see you soon!
Youth Speak Forum is a premiere event that brings together both
young and senior leaders to form a diverse cross-sector and multi-
generational space for inspiring conversations around pressing global
issues and initiating action together

"Showcase your country to Thai people and AP peeps. Enjoy one of
the most unique festival in Thailand"
In Thai temple fair, you can enjoy eating some of Thailand local food
and play some local game for the special reward. Moreover we will make
a small zone of temple and teach how to do as a Thai people in Thailand
temple fair festival.
** We also prepare for the Merchandise booth in the event so you can
bring merchandises from your LC or your entity to sell at this booth.

Enjoy the live concert together. Sing along with the long playlist non-
stop of billboard song. Let's sing it for the world!! And we have some
exclusive game for you and we know that you guys gonna love it.

Gala Night + Thai Night
"Officially welcome you all to Thailand, The land of smile. Let's get to
know deeper about the truly of Thailand in Thai night and celebrate AP
night together"
Enjoy then exclusive performance of Thailand: Thai boxing, lady boy
show and Thai country band.
Enjoy one of the most famous dessert in South East Asia, Mango sticky
rice and celebrate the AP award together.

Day 3
AVANA Hotel, Bangkok
Accommodation: 2 persons / 1 room - Double bedded room or twin
bedded room. Facility- kettle, refrigerator, Safe, Wardrobe, Air-conditioner,
Television and Free Wifi.
Other hotel's facilities: In the hotel also has minimart to provide you
some more convenient stuff for 24 hr. And also fitness and spa within the
hotel (has service charge separately.

Those who already made the payment for pre-order of T-shirt, Thai-Boxing
Pants, and Wristband will get one sticker for FREE per one piece of merchandise.
Due to the number of nametag order, the order is lower than the minimum
requirement of production. Therefore, we need to cancel the production of this
merchandise. We would like to apologize for this situation. As a result, we will
return the money for the delegate who ordered this item and already made the
payment during the conference time. Money will be returned to each delegate
during the Merchandise Booth.

The tour already covered for the train ticket on Day 1, the fee to take
on an elephant on Day 1, and the entrance ticket for the Erawan National
Park on Day 2.

and then get off at Wang Pho Station .

The payment for the post-tour will be on the conference day at the
Merchandise Booth. Please remember that CC will accept only in Thai
Baht.
>> Cancellation Policy <<
The cancellation can be made within 20th of November, 2015. And,
the cancellation needs to be informed to [email protected] only.
After 20th of November, you need to accept the policy and pay for
70% lost which is 2,450 Baht for the post-tour during the conference.
Remark: If the number of people is less than 20 persons, the post-tour
will be cancelled. (The minimum number of people is 20 persons for
holding the tour.)
If there is a case where some people cancelled for the tour on the
conference site and the number of the people is less than 20 persons, the
tour price may be increased.
Delegate Fee: 7,800 Baht To submit the fees in the 2nd day of the conference and all payment
to be made in Thai Baht only.
Damage fees: 600 Baht To pay in the 2nd day of conference (at the same time as Delegate
Fee) and all payment to be made in Thai Baht only
(At the end of conference, if there is no damage caused, the damage fee
will be returned to each delegate.)
**All payments (cash in hand made on the spot of the conference)
must be made in Thai Baht only. Please remember that CC will accept in
Thai Baht only.
Remark: The date and time to collect both fees may be changed due
to the available time of the conference to collect the fees.
