We, APEX Green are pleased to introduce ourselves as one of the fastest growing Greenhouse

Manufacturer based in Surat (Gujarat).We provide Turnkey solution for Greenhouse Project to our

valuable customer. We have been in to manufacturing and erection of various types of Naturally

Ventilated Greenhouse, Fan & Pad Greenhouse and Net House which are the part of protected

cultivation since 2008. We also provide guidance on Loan, Subsidy and Project report, Greenhouse

accessories, Agronomy Services & Marketing Assistance. Our team develops innovative technology and

The promoters and management are well experienced in greenhouses technology. Projects have been taken

up at remote sites all across central India, and are managed both onsite and at the headquarters at Surat. As a

young and dynamic organization, we understand the value of manufacturing own products, which means we

have introduced lots of improvement and innovations in our products. Of course, all credits go to our closely

knit bunch of young professionals whom we refer ‘crazy nuts’ as they are onerously workaholic and pretty

Naturally Ventilated Greenhouse

Structure is made up of Top Quality Hot dipped galvanized round pipe of 300-350 GSM and having wall

thickness 2mm and covered with multilayer polyethylene.

Grid size 8 X 4 Mtr.

Ridge Height 6.5 Mtr.

Gutter Height 4.5 Mtr

Top and Side vent of 1.2 Mtr. & 3 Mtr.

BED PREPARATION

Material requirement for Bed Preparation

Red Soil

Neem Cake

Rice Husk

Sand

Cocopeat etc.

Note: Required Quantity of all these materials will depend upon the Current situation of soil

and its testing report.

SOIL STERLIZATION

Formalin (Formaldehyde): 7.5 lit / 100 sq.m.

Commonly Formaldehyde is used for fumigation of soil.

Apply formalin @ 7.5 lit / 100 sq. m.

Add water in formalin for easier application (1:10)

Immediately after application cover surface with polyfilm for a period of 5 days.

Drain out all residues of formalin by pouring water in soil @ 100 lit / sq. m.

Waiting period for planting after Formalin application is minimum 2 weeks.

Basamid – 40 gm / sq. m.
