O2 is a leading provider of mobile and broadband services to consumers and businesses in the UK. The company is the leader in non-voice ser-vices, including text messaging, media messaging, games, music and video, as well as data connections via GPRS, HSDPA, 3G and WLAN.

It̀s 18.5 million customers are spread across the United Kingdom, and O2 required an efficient way of connecting with them and efficiently resolving their technical queries. The application developed by us allows O2 custom-ers to search for an O2 technical guru in an O2 store of their choice and then book and modify a personal appointment. In addition it also allows the O2 technical gurus to create, update and manage appointments and access customer details which could be used to understand the needs of thethe customer better. The entire application was integrated with the O2 mes-saging gateway and digital signage.

Best Deal is a leading insurance broker and works in partnership with major insurance companies in order to deliver insurance policies to their custom-ers. They required a system which could manage their entire business pro-cess and integrate smoothly into their existing web services.

We have implemented a solution for Best Deal on the Force.com platform, which manages their entire insurance business. It is an end-to-end system that addresses all of their business process from lead management to com-missions processing.

The main challenge of integrating the system with various web services and processing commissions through manual and automated feeds was seam-lessly done. This bespoke system also automates customer account cre-ation and enables them to log in to their personalised website. Moreover, it enables Best Deal to streamline their business processes and automate their business workflows.

We have developed a complete health care system for Lloydspharmacy that takes care of their entire health village programme. This is an end-to-end system that allows them to manage their infrastructure, business part-ners and customers.
